“Premier Furniture Rental of Harrisburg Pennsylvania gave Excellent Customer Service.February 17th I spoke to Mike about getting furniture. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was able to get approved in less than two hours and didn't even have to go in store!! Mike sent me photos of different furniture prices etc. It was awesome. And all delivered February 19th. And the delivery men were very kind and patient with me as to where to situate furniture etc.Mike gave Excellent Customer Service and Support on the phone and online. Kudos to you all!!! ? ? ?? ? ? ?”

“There seems to be no upkeep on uhaul trucks. Mine was dirty and beat up, needed mechanical fixes. They get you with the quarter tank of gas upon returning it though. High as gas prices are! I would use them again but not for uhaulUpdate: they tried to charge me $3400 but my bank put a stop on it. Once a company can't fraud you for large amounts, they try smaller amounts. But my bank has put stop in any further attempts. I don't even know what this is for.”

“Tony went wayyyy above and beyond to get me the Ashley sofa I wanted overnight. He kept me informed each step of the way until the final delivery was made. Most of all, the price was fantastic. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for high-quality furniture with exceptional customer service.”
“Rummaging through bins of people's Amazon returns is ok if you have the time to potentially find that one gem in the many bins. I guess the good stuff goes quickly on the $12 day, which is why the price of items in the bins drops every day. Interesting but requires more effort than finding deals at Ollie's or Gabe's since there is typically only one of each item.”
“The showroom is less than impressive. However, we were able to find a beautiful bed frame available for immediate delivery. The salesperson at the front desk was helpful and friendly.The kitchen and lighting equipment store located within the store was less than impressive. Staff member didn’t even get out of his chair to assist or greet us. Begrudgingly answered our question with no follow up. We were interested in both a new refrigerator and microwave. We will spend our dollars elsewhere.”
“Now I remember when they first opened they were a hit and now years lata they have anything u could want or need, I looked all over Harrisburg for some bells, so I could put on my rear windows in my home in case someone thought they could sneak into my place while I'm sleep the bells would wake me up, it's my home made alarm system, now every where I went including Wal-Mart's, targets, did not have any bells the second I stepped into the variety store I asked the cashier do y'all have bells? She said yes isle E on the left hand side, got my bells so I could successfully rig my home for my safety, if nobody else has it they do! Been shopping there since they opened in fact the owner use to live in Taylor Park they were our neighbors, some of the nicest foreigner's I ever met, I highly recommend them if u have a hard time finding ANYTHING and I do mean ANYTHING ........Go there!!”
“This business provides a wonderful service. I took them an old warped side table made by my father in law in 1969. They put it back together, stripped it, put a professional finish on it and made it look better than it ever did. It's beautiful! I gave it to my husband for Christmas and he was moved to tears. I can't thank them enough. They have created a family heirloom.”
“Kirkland customer service is top notch. I ordered an accent chair for a christmas present on cyber Monday. It shipped in a very timely manner, however, the label got messed up and needed to be replaced. The package sat at a fed ex warehouse for DAYS with no movement. I called fed ex twice trying to find out what was going on and basically got the run around. I finally decided to call Kirklands to see what options I had. The lady I spoke with was so nice and so understanding (I wish I would have wrote her name down to give her the credit she deserves). She said she would look into it and put a rush on it. A day later I got an email that another chair was on the way and I would have it before christmas. I am eternally grateful for their assistance. Customer service can't be an easy job, these folks deserve a raise for their continued kindness and professionalism. Thank you!!!!”
