“Conveniently located on the main street of Conshohocken, the Post Office has plenty of street parking. Inside, you'll find an old fashioned building that was prevalent at the time that it was built. Very nice lobby that allows for a quick moving waiting line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience overall as always. I do all of my posting here.”

“I would like to take the time to thank the Acting Postmaster, Joel, for being kind enough to track my package which went all over Delaware County. Thank you so much.”

“It is easy to see why this post office has a perfect rating on Google. Absolutely fantastic Customer service, yet feels like your old hometown post office, like a Rockwell painting.Dean and Kenya are phenomenal and accommodate in every way they can to make sure you can pick up your packages easily, great job team. Keep it up.”

“This is a great post office. The staff is always cordial and very helpful. There’s seldom to never a line. While you can’t do things like passport photos here I believe you can do anything else a regular post office can do.”

“I echo Tom Schaeffer’s thoughts: Very nice people and great customer service. To the knuckle dragger complaining about their "tax dollars at work". The USPS is self sufficient, their revenue is generated from postal fees. They have survived despite congress forcing them to fund 75 years of future pension payments, unheard of in the private sector. It's a national treasure that should be supported with our tax dollars if need be. Both UPS and FedEx have lost my packages in the past and I would love to see either of them deliver a standard envelope across the country, to a rural address, for 51 cents. The lowest rate they have is for a business envelope at $8.90.”

“This is the best post office in the entire region. It is not surprising when they have a postmaster like Mrs. Douglas. She is very kind, and she always goes the extra mile to serve the her customers. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent service.”

“Haven't been here or any post office in a while. The cashier was so nice, I had the wrong shipping box and he gave me the right one and was so pleasant. I wish I would have gotten his name. The location was busy but the lines moved fast. The location was clean and neat as well.”

“I recently visited USPS Bywood Ave to send an important document and purchase money orders. I’m pleased to share that my experience was excellent. The entire process was smooth, and I encountered no issues, contrary to some reviews. The staff was efficient, making it a hassle-free visit. If you’re looking for reliable service, I recommend USPS Bywood Ave.”

“Excellent customer service. 0 wait time. John was very thorough and helpful with my passport application. I was done in less than 10 minutes--I even had to have my ID photo taken! That post office itself was nice, too; very clean and quaint. 10/10 would recommend going out of your way to get your passport application sorted here.”

“Everything what it needs to be. Julie, Shareeka the others always polite knowledgeable professional. Lobby open 24 hours is nice since most if not all other post offices in the area are not. 1 problem, a homeless man is sleeping there overnight more and more. Eating there and charging his cell phone overnight. Sleeping on piles/stacks of cardboard mailboxes. I hear from post office staff that others have noticed it too. One staff employee told me that he locked himself in at least 1 night. I don't go in when he's there. Already had one nightmare experience with a homeless person. (Sorry, but sometimes there's no polite way to say it, and I don't sugarcoat!). I hope this post office won't have to be locked overnight and on Sundays.”

“Firstly, it's a bit hard to find in the sea of other businesses in the complex. On the plus side the clerk was helpful in finding me a better shipping rate probably once they saw the look of shock that I had over the rate of mailing something small.”

“I needed a PO Box and was put off by the reviews BUT my experience was great. Jenipher was kind and helpful. I liked the small town / personal feel inside the post office. My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”

“So nice and friendly. They were able to process my wedding invitations via hand cancelling and I am so pleased. I went to another post office (in Chestnut Hill---stay away...) and they were far less willing to help me navigate the sending of invitations. I will be back!”

“Fast and friendly, no line and parking available right out front during lunch time. I have read reviews of other local post offices that were really negative, this visit was positive and next time I need to visit the post office while in the area I will definitely go here.”

“I went here today after going to four other post offices in the west Chester/Malvern area... I was cashing a postal money order & luckily this was finally the one who had enough money to cash it. It's wasn't a huge amount either so I don't understand why the others wouldn't have had it. The woman who was as the desk was super nice & personable also. Thank you for turning around my day!”

“Had some issues getting mail delivered from the USPS Conshohocken Depot due to road construction. The Lafayette Hill office was a huge help in sorting out the mess and finding the missing packages. Shout out to Rondel for his all his help even though the office was about to close.”

“It's a cute square building. It has rental mailbox, package services, mailing services, and “ring a bell” for service. One lone employee showed up after I rang a bell. My friend rents a mailbox there.”

“After using the post office for over 3 years I can say that I have never felt more welcome then I have there. I have been able to manage all my mail there and everyone including most of the public are friendly. I do wish that they could stay open till 6pm on week days but I am fortunate enough to be able to manage.”

“Hands down, this is one of the best post offices in the country! I live in Bala Cynwyd, but I always go to the Gladwyne Post Office because Bala always has long lines and they move slow. The Gladwyne Post office can also get busy, but they are quick. The have the BEST staff. Dan and Anjana are so friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help their customers. And they know all of their customers by name. They truly are some of the friendliest people I know. I come in often to ship packages, and I have never left this place without a smile. They have a generous amount of supplies and boxes available to suit your needs. I am always able to grab priority boxes on my way out when I am running low. The only downside to this post office is that the parking lot is small and spots fill up quickly. For this reason, I recommend going off peak hours if you can.”

“This is the closest US post office to my home and can't say anything bad about this place. Staff is super friendly and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I usually come after work so around 315pm and it is not that busy. Other US post offices are slow and crowded this one is the opposite.”

“This post office is large and they offer passport services. I did not use it this time, but I do remember (when I did use it) that it was pretty chaotic.NOTE PASSPORT HOURS SIGN:Mon-Fri 1 am - x pmSaturday 10 am - x PMWhat is that? lol. See my photo. As far as the window, I only go in during "off times" and the wait us never really an issue. They have tables to be able to close your packages and prepare your documents. They sell cards and have plenty of supplies. There is limited free parking in front, but the side street next to it has lots of meters. Only an issue if there is an event at the church. I send a lot of letters internationally and I like to put different stamps on the envelopes. They don't always have the best selection. I sometimes order stamps on line.”

“Great service by the gentleman at this location .He is courteous, very professional and helpful. He is the reason we frequent this post office. Convenient hours and short lines.”

“Today with a 7 months baby and my wife needing to get their passports done we were very happy with the wonderful service at this USPS location as walk-ins. We were rejected by Ardmore staff even though we showed up within the walk-in period. At Ardmore USPS there was two staff at the counter taking applications, I was told that because only one staff was available so no walk-in will be served. At Narbeth USPS we were late for our appointment and turned away. USPS is not interested in taking care of customers. At Drexel Hill USPS it was totally a welcoming place to their customers. We were treated with respect and courtesy by both staff on duty. This is sorely missing at other USPS locations. Sad to say I try to limit my exposure.”

“I’m so confused as to how this post office got such low reviews. The people who work here are SO incredibly nice. I come here atleast once a week and I always leave with a smile on my face. One day I was leaving with another woman and she turns to me and goes “wow they are always so nice in there.””

“I have business once a month in the Ambler area and have used this post office twice now for shipping sensitive documents and gifts and I can't say enough good things. Both times it was mid-day on a weekday in the Summer and I had the same shorter, blonde woman who was super helpful and told me the best options for the best price. We ended up talking about a Beach Boys documentary and other music related topics. Super friendly person. If there was a downside, it would be the fluorescent lighting, like at most USPS locations. It makes it less inviting and radiates more of a cold vibe, as it does at this location. But the female employee at the front counter, balances that out with her pleasant demeanor. USPS, get some warmer cost-efficient lighting!”
