“This place was amazing. There was a very well stocked plumbing section which actually surprised me. The staff was top shelf. Wonderful people and very helpful. I wish that this place was closer to me. I stumbled on it by " accident" because it was the closest hardware store to the water heater change out I was doing. Thank you for considering them instead of the big chain nightmare up the road.”

“Rollier's Hardware is the best hardware store in Pittsburgh. They have a great selection, friendly and helpful staff and parking right behind the store in the heart of Mt. Lebanon. They have an extensive holiday selection of lights, trees and wreaths as well as interior holiday decor and candy. Definitely worth a visit.”
“Great local hardware store in Oakdale. Sometimes you need the big box hardware store, but sometimes the small local hardware store is best. It's good to support a store you can walk to, has knowledgeable people working there and they usually have what you need. It's a throwback to the way it used to be. “We were shopping for mulch on Memorial Day weekend and Lowe's Robinson was packed. Not only did Randy, the store manager, take time to explain to me the difference is of some of the mulches, but he actually got me a cart for the mulch and loaded my car for me. The type of mulch I chose was not one that could be purchased and picked up through the drive-thru where wood mulch was located. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Greatly appreciated!”

“I purchased a 11x30 lathe. Did lots of research and found literally precision Matthews had the best customer service and parts availability. I was skeptical because most companies today customer service dont exist at all or parts. Ive owned the lathe since late December 2025. It has had a few bugs to work out, nothing serious, but now it is actually a very decent lathe for the money. The most important thing is they have outstanding customer service and parts shipped very promptly! This is so rare to find today and I give a HUGE thanks to all employees at precision Matthews for their dedicated hard work and patience with many questions I had before and after the sale!! A big thanks to Matt as well for being a part of the customer based communication!! This service alone makes the sale hands down!!
