“The young man that helped me with my phone was great. A nice young guy. Easy to talk to. Very helpful. I believe his name was Jonathan. What I didn't like is that I'm a low-income senior and my bill went up $11.00. T-Mobile what's up with that?”

“Best experience I’ve had getting a phone ever. All of the staff that day was kind and patient with everyone who walked in, not just me. They were funny and helped me understand clearly what I was buying. I’m never going to any other Verizon store again!! This is the one!”

“I am a T-Mobile home internet customer of 3 years and my original Gateway recently broke. Initially I went to another T-Mobile store where I was told that I would have to wait one month for a new Gateway to arrive because it was on backorder. Obviously, I did not want to be without internet for a month so I went to the Bridgeville store for a second opinion. I explained the situation to Kiko, who listened closely and immediately proposed a solution to my dilemma. Less than an hour later I was on my way home with a new Gateway and no extra expenses out of my pocket. I had internet service again that night. I highly recommend working with the Bridgeville store in general, and Kiko specifically. She is kind, caring, and smart, which is a great combination for anyone and not always easy to find in the world of tech support. She made what had been a frustrating situation instantly better and made a point of leaving me with her personal number in case I ran into any additional problems and needed to follow up with her. I cannot say enough good things about working with her.”

“Just had our first experience shopping at Voss while looking for a new Speed Queen washer. Matt was very knowledgeable and provided excellent personable service, far exceeding that of the Big Box stores! Delivery was fast and on schedule. Voss is our new go-to place when in need of a new appliance!”

5724 Curry Rd, Pittsburgh PA 15236
“First, I like Daniel’s for the nostalgia. My father in law first brought me here in 1971. Really though, they are great for appliances. Their prices are competitive, the people are helpful, but most importantly, the delivery people work for them, not a sub-contractor. If you’ve ever had delivery issues with a big box store you know how important that is. I’m not saying you’ll never have a problem, but if you’ve ever do you call the store and don’t get shuttled from number to number trying to get your problem resolved.”

7206 McKnight Rd Unit 104, Pittsburgh PA 15237
“My phone wasn't making calls so I went to see if they could fix it. They did everything they could think of to fix my phone, but I needed a new one. I appreciate that they didn't immediately try to up-sell me, but rather tried to fix my problem cheaply first. I ended up with the same phone I had and it wasn't too expensive. Plus, they gave me a free case for the trouble. Shout out to Bobby (Reg. Man.) and Yaser for helping me out as best they could. I'll be back for the next phone. 5 stars!!”

355 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh PA 15222
“Today I went to Verizon. My experience with the staff was not only incredible it was memorable. Got a phone upgrade and the staff made sure that the process was completely finished before I left. They went above and beyond to make sure I left much happier than when I came in. This location will be a shining star for Verizon and they should take many notes from Bella and Dan. Their customer service, knowledge, and hospitality actually blew me away.”

“As a techno challenged senior citizen, I went in helplessly to this T Mobile store. A very kind and friendly man named Brock assisted me in cleaning up my phone and explaining how things work. He took his time, was very patient and made great eye contact which is a customer service quality I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this location, as it was suggested to me by friends. I understand Kevin Clark at this location is exemplary as well. Thanks so much for the help and support! Phyllis W”

“The Indian gentleman employed there is truly the most amazing person I have ever encountered. Having been in my wheelchair for much of my life, I've never experienced the kindness he has shown me. I felt a level of compassion from him that I haven't found in others. He assisted me with my inquiries and guided me on how to use my phone. He also refuses to accept tips, saying that it’s just not his style. What a wonderful person; we definitely need more individuals like this young man. May he be blessed.”

“Let me start off by saying that this place is iconic and has been a staple of the McKee's Rock's area for as long as I can remember. They have a great selection of guitars which is what I was looking to purchase for my boyfriend at the time. The guys working there are all knowledgeable and are more than happy to help. I ended up getting a dobro that was exactly what I was looking for. The parking can be a bit tricky in the front however there is more parking around back.”

“Every time I come here, it feels clean, organized, and fully stocked. I honestly have to have tunnel vision or I’ll want to buy everything! But the real reason I’m writing this is to give a huge customer shoutout to the cashier, Dorian B. I genuinely look forward to seeing her and will choose her line every single time — I don’t care how long it is or how many other registers are open. She goes above and beyond. Her kind personality, friendly smile, and joyful, cheerful energy truly radiate. She makes such a difference in the shopping experience. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back and more. Thank you so much, Dorian. You are amazing and you absolutely stand out. Great light. Target, please take care of her! We need more people with this kind of light and energy in the world.”

“I am so happy to have found this company.I'd had a horrendous experience with a large retailer. Then spent far too many hours searching websites, claiming my item was in stock... only to get the computerized "Bait-n-Switch".When I finally came across Northern Sound & Light during my last ditch effort with google search. While calling to verify information, I was amazed that a real person answered their phone!Kuddos to Eric, he was a hero today!Thank you for exhibiting True Customer Service. It's such a rare commodity these days, yet still very appreciated.Today it's earned you a new customer from 1500 miles away, one with many friends in the music industry and who will be referring them all to Northern Sound & Light.Sincerely,Thank You So Very Much”
