“I am a T-Mobile home internet customer of 3 years and my original Gateway recently broke. Initially I went to another T-Mobile store where I was told that I would have to wait one month for a new Gateway to arrive because it was on backorder. Obviously, I did not want to be without internet for a month so I went to the Bridgeville store for a second opinion.
I explained the situation to Kiko, who listened closely and immediately proposed a solution to my dilemma. Less than an hour later I was on my way home with a new Gateway and no extra expenses out of my pocket. I had internet service again that night.
I highly recommend working with the Bridgeville store in general, and Kiko specifically. She is kind, caring, and smart, which is a great combination for anyone and not always easy to find in the world of tech support. She made what had been a frustrating situation instantly better and made a point of leaving me with her personal number in case I ran into any additional problems and needed to follow up with her. I cannot say enough good things about working with her.”

“First, I like Daniel’s for the nostalgia. My father in law first brought me here in 1971. Really though, they are great for appliances. Their prices are competitive, the people are helpful, but most importantly, the delivery people work for them, not a sub-contractor. If you’ve ever had delivery issues with a big box store you know how important that is. I’m not saying you’ll never have a problem, but if you’ve ever do you call the store and don’t get shuttled from number to number trying to get your problem resolved.”

“My phone wasn't making calls so I went to see if they could fix it. They did everything they could think of to fix my phone, but I needed a new one. I appreciate that they didn't immediately try to up-sell me, but rather tried to fix my problem cheaply first. I ended up with the same phone I had and it wasn't too expensive. Plus, they gave me a free case for the trouble. Shout out to Bobby (Reg. Man.) and Yaser for helping me out as best they could. I'll be back for the next phone. 5 stars!!”

“Today I went to Verizon. My experience with the staff was not only incredible it was memorable. Got a phone upgrade and the staff made sure that the process was completely finished before I left.
They went above and beyond to make sure I left much happier than when I came in.
This location will be a shining star for Verizon and they should take many notes from Bella and Dan. Their customer service, knowledge, and hospitality actually blew me away.”

“The Indian gentleman employed there is truly the most amazing person I have ever encountered. Having been in my wheelchair for much of my life, I've never experienced the kindness he has shown me. I felt a level of compassion from him that I haven't found in others. He assisted me with my inquiries and guided me on how to use my phone. “Let me start off by saying that this place is iconic and has been a staple of the McKee's Rock's area for as long as I can remember. They have a great selection of guitars which is what I was looking to purchase for my boyfriend at the time. The guys working there are all knowledgeable and are more than happy to help. I ended up getting a dobro that was exactly what I was looking for. The parking can be a bit tricky in the front however there is more parking around back.”
