“I experienced the best level of customer service ever working with Jason at the TMobile Bridgeville location. I switched mobile and home internet services, so had a lot of plan, transition and financial questions. Jason took the time to explain everything to me and also do all the set up / transition work while I was in the store. Overall, I’m now saving a lot of money and have a better quality of service over Verizon and xFinity. Jason has continued to be responsive weeks after the transition. Do yourself a favor and evaluate TMobile over existing service providers then run don’t walk to see Jason in Bridgeville!”

“I always hated going to Verizon (or any carrier store for that matter) for phone upgrades. The wait is usually long, and they always try and upsell you. However, Alex has completely changed my mind. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable through out the process, even staying after hours to assist with what ended up being a purely Apple issue. “Called in to grab the new titanium iphone 15 pro, they were unfortunately out of stock. I called back a few minutes later to order online and luckily Aaron had just received a shipment of new phones. I went right down to the store and met. Aaron, he helped me get my oldphone traded in and my new phone added to our plan. He helped me set it up, transfer my iCloud materials, as well as add a screen protector and a case. He even helped me get a 20% discount on my accessories because I bought 3. Here I am a few days later and i’m very happy with the phone. “This place is the best! I highly recommend their business. I literally washed my phone (accidentally)in August 2020. I was told by the manufacturer’s store and a cellphone repair shop (I paid a diagnostic fee) that my phone was a loss and my photos could not be recovered. Luckily I held out hope. In January of 2022, I was told about Cell Phones and More. They got my phone working and I have my precious videos and pictures. (My auto backup plan was not activated for a 6 month period unbeknownst to me.) Thank you so much!!!!! Definitely giving 10+⭐️ on a 5 ⭐️scale.”

“My family had a great experience here with resolving a phone issue and purchasing/activating an Apple Watch and a Pixel 8. Charlie and Jerome here are really knowledgeable, work efficiently and are just great guys. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.For weeks my Dad had an issue with calls going straight to voicemail and was at his wit's end. After numerous attempts to fix it with different support specialists he brought the phone in to the store. Charlie thoroughly investigated the problem and resolved it to our great relief. He also set up an Apple Watch and gave my Dad a tutorial on how to use it. The next day Charlie let me know my new phone had arrived, set it up for me in the store, and processed a trade-in of the old phone. This was done amidst moments of downtime while resolving another customer's more complicated phone issue--it was some impressive and accurate multitasking.”

“Fast, courteous, professional and friendly. I needed a new charger port for a Samsung Galaxy. The part was ordered and came in 3 days, and it was replaced in 1/2 hr for $89. It works great and I'm so glad to not have to buy a new phone. Even the guy at the Verizon store told me to go to this kiosk! I had several people tell me if good experiences here and I'm glad my experience was great too! Highly recommended!”

“I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”

“Edited to add: the manager below contacted me and made this right. Thank you, up a few stars. Wish it didn't take a bad review to get a resolution (I asked inside for a way to avoid the fee and the rep from customer service hung up on me when I asked but they're not the store.)Original review: I was charged a bogus $50 "activation fee" just to move my SIM card from one phone to another. I explained that I've never had to pay one and that $50 is way too high to move a sim, they told me it used to be $25 but they raised it. Doubling a fee isn't normal inflation. I later discovered that I've never paid it because it's FREE online. I thought my sim was malfunctioning which was why I went in.Her system was down so I had to patiently wait FOREVER just to have her do something I could have done myself FOR FREE in minutes. She could have said hey so you don't have to wait here an hour, your sim is fine and you can just go online and activate it for free. But no she had me sit there forever, did not inform me of the fee ahead of time, and then sprung it on me right at the end.If you want to get ripped off by a store with a broken system, sign up here. $50 to waste your time.”
