“The lady who was on shift today was wonderful and helpful as she always is, but I decided to leave a review today after witnessing her putting up with a deranged, angry man who was screaming at her and going ballistic on her. She has the patience of a saint, and continued to act professionally and kind to him throughout the entire encounter. Above and beyond any reasonable expectations for a store clerk!”
“My husband got subs from here from a work fundraiser and they were the best pretzel sandwiches and subs we ever had. Super fresh so now when we make a trip to Wrightsville, we stop in for their subs and sandwiches.”
“I went there for a plant sale, ended the day buying 13 plants including 9 different amazing mints, then got the BEST PEANUT BUTTER EVER at the self serve machines (coolest invention ever 😂), and bought a few Beef tallow skin products. Homemade beans with great bold flavor. Jarritos soda in every flavor. Chicken quesadilla top notch. My favorite is the birria tacos, but everything is good. Hot sauce comes in syrup pouring containers, which I think is clever. If you want genuine Mexican food, go here.”
“I was looking for Reeds lemon lime ginger seltzer, they had in Philadelphia but not York. Which is common. They have decent deals on interesting items, but some things are still cheaper at Giant or Walmart”
“Dent cans and reasonable name brand groceries a lot of items five for $1 chips cookies crackers candy bars real expensive chocolates the divers Swiss Alps you name it they have it take $50 fill your grocery card up and you'll be amazed bacon 299 lunch meat starting from $1.99 and up”

“About the freshest produce and meat you will find. Saubel’s owns four stores around Southeastern PA and Northern MD. Every store is clean and well up kept. I don’t know how they do it, when other stores are out of stock of items…somehow Saubel’s always has what I need.”

“Good store and good prices, but their phone number is disconnected and just hangs up on you. Not sure who thought that was cool. I get you don’t wanna talk to the random weirdos, but you’d think any store would want good customer service, and to shut down an entire way customers can contact you is kinda wild. Not me, but I can imagine someone with mobility issues wanting to call to see if something were in stock before leaving the house for it. I’ve never seen this, it’s so absurd I had to leave a review”

“A great store that offers a little bit of everything at amazing prices. I stock up on my staples: sugar, flour, eggs, butter and more! I love the cranberry sharp cheese on the Wheat thins-a good snack. The cashiers are friendly too!”
“Favorite place to pick up fresh bakery products at a reasonable price. I especially like their baguette breads. I always get at least one loaf along with whatever muffins or pastries catch my eye. There are also some good deals on produce & other grocery products but for me it's the fresh bakery products that makes me stop to shop there.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees who provided exceptional service during my recent visit.
On 4/21/26, at your Giant, Pauline Dr. location, I was assisted by Carter. He went above and beyond by getting the gallon of milk I needed. The freezers to the milk were taped shut because of the painting that was being done and when I asked him if it was possible for me to get a gallon of milk, he didn’t hesitate. He stopped what he was doing and he went straight to the back and got me that gallon of milk and with a smile. I had just gotten out of orientation for a second job and I was tired and this really made my night. Companies (grocery store, retail stores) need more Carters.
I hope this feedback can be shared with him and his manager—he truly made a difference.

I use Giant Direct for 99% of my grocery shopping. I am always happy and they have totally got the procedure down to perfection. Highly recommend.
I have been using Giant direct almost exclusively for over a year. The staff are friendly and kind and my order is always correct for in stock items. I rarely have to wait long for my order to be delivered to my car. I usually pick up my orders Monday mornings because that time spot seemed to be best for most of my items being in stock.
The addition of being able to add notes to my shopper is really great. I use it very often. On bogo items I place a note saying 2 for the deal or none. I dont normally choose substitutions.

“I orderer a cake from the bakery with only 24 hours notice and they made it happen for me. Normally they require 48 hours notice just like most bakery's. We did a Hello Kitty theme and it turned out amazing! Everything was great across the board. Customer service, freshness, quality. Walking through the store I noticed how in every department the food on display looked extra fresh, including the seafood and meat departments.”

Anchored by the new Lidl Discount German Grocery Store and includes a Dunkin Donuts, Anytime Fitness and a Great Clips. Turn at the Rutters and you are there. Easy access and good new options if you are in the area.”

“First time at Sprouts. I loved the personal care product and supplements section. Everything looked fresh in the produce and protein aisles. With a few exceptions, I found prices to be a little higher than Trader Joe's. A few staff members were helpful--especially the first person we encountered when we walked into the store. She was welcoming and offered assistance, if needed. However, I witnessed a negative dynamic between a manager and two staff members (would have been best addressed in private). The cashier was haughty and patronizing when we asked about membership and product pricing. Unfortunately, she did not leave a very good final impression. I feel everyone/everything deserves a second chance. So, I will likely return, but maybe to s different location.”

“This store has really turned around in the past year. It's much cleaner than it used to be and the new employees are friendly. All it needs now is a renovation as it's a bit dated, but at the same time I kind of like the retro look. I get a lot of my scratch off tickets here for my YouTube channel.”
