“Encountered tire issues traveling from Scranton back to Missouri. Thought I could use tire sealant but it did not work and I limped into Mausdale in the middle of the night. With no appointment I showed up at Mausdale Service Center the next morning a little after 8am. They were able to look at the tire and determined I needed a new tire as it could not be plugged or patched due to the cords separating. I am a furloughed Federal employee and needed a super cheap solution due to not being paid recently. Ernie and crew were able to find me an economy tire and get me back on the road by 10:30 for under $110. They treated me with respect and found a solution that fit my needs and budget in short order. I would not hesitate to go there again if in the area and it seemed like a lot of the customers that morning were on a first name basis with everyone working there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a bonus, the tech who road tested the tire didn’t blink an eye when my dog crawled up into her seat thinking we were on the road again.
