“Woody was very helpful and accommodating. My wife's car needed an inspection and I did not have an appointment. Woody and his mechanics were already busy with other customers and wasn't sure if he could get to it. Woody said he would call if anything came available. About an hour later Woody called and said he would be able to fit in the inspection. During the inspection the mechanics found a bad ball joint and had to be replaced. Woody gave me a quote that was more than reasonable. Woody went above and beyond to make his customers feel like family.

“I procrastinated and waited until the last possible day to get my vehicle inspected. I was kinda in a panic calling a few places with no luck. I called O'Neil Hwy Auto and asked about availability and was told to be there in under 30 minutes to accommodate me. “I have a bunch of thank-yous to give everyone!!! It started with listening to how I tried to describe a weird problem with my semi truck. I had to be towed.
As a company driver, I would try to keep my company updated throughout the process of diagnosing, waiting for approval, and of course getting fixed and back in the truck. Every employee was so helpful, and didn't appear annoyed by me when requesting updates!
During this time, because of my company, I checked out of the hotel twice and camped out for the day before getting another room and going back to the same hotel. Y'all gave me multiple rides..... once it was the General Manager! Very cool!
After I was fixed, I unexpectedly had a problem with my driver's license medical certification. I needed to drive 1100 plus miles to resolve this.
Thank you for allowing my semi truck to remain with you while I spent another 4 days getting this fixed!!
