“I was at the Dickson City store yesterday and encountered rude associates who acted like they didnt want to be bothered. Came to Keyser Oak today and Gammy couldnt be more helpful. Gammy had me up and running in no time at all. Dickson said i needed a bunch of useless things in order to get my phone going , all the while, Gammy needed nothing but some common sense. “I ordered a new phone upgrade online and had the pickup location set to the Viewmont Mall store. There was an issue with the order and it never showed up in the system at the Viewmont Mall store. I spent hours standing in the store and even on the phone with customer service. Both the personnel at the store and on the phone said there was nothing they could do and that they couldn’t even cancel the order. I was so frustrated that I went to the Scranton Carbondale Highway location where my wife ordered hers and within 30 seconds of walking through the door they cancelled my order so that I could re-order it. The staff and manager there are the true meaning of customer service and I highly recommend the Scranton Carbondale Highway location! The Viewmont Mall location needs new leadership in my opinion.”
