Although I will add, my delivery experience was terrible. The delivery guys were in a huge hurry and just dropped off my couch and told me to move it anywhere I like. I am a senior living alone and that couch weighs a lot. I had to call the store to have them come back and put the couch where I wanted it. To me, that is part of the experience of buying furniture, so I deducted a star.”

“I came into American Freight to look at the furntiure as I had never went into one before but always see online advertisements when looking for bedroom sets, lamps, etc. All the sales staff was very friendly and helpful! Nancy helped me find what I was looking for and decide on what color would go best with the room I was putting it in. It was a great first experience! I will be checking here first before going to other stores from now on!”
“Is rent to own company it is what you expect and you'll pay a little bit more then going to the store and buying it outright. However the convenience of getting fast with a reasonable payment arrangement is in my mind vastly superior to the interest you would pay if you purchase the item fully with a credit card. The difference between errands of Rent-A-Center is their customer service. If there's a problem they get it fixed if they don't have something they order it. Plus they're normal people. You're not dealing with somebody from another country with an accent you can't understand. You're dealing with somebody who goes to work everyday just like you do and is pleasant to deal with.”

“Everything was done right. We were greeted by Konrad Szymanski, never pressured, given multiple choices and went thru adjustments. Could not tell which bed was cheap or which was expensive as there were no prices anywhere. Salesman did not have "commission breath". We were completely satisfied with the store and especially our salesman. We bought our new bed and the only negative was the 6 weeks delivery time. We had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to tell you how well the bed itself is once we get it.”
