“I enjoy live streaming, plus I could not keep up with hotspot when my grandson is with me he must do his schoolwork on line and in a few days I'm buying more. He also plays virtual reality and playstation. He tells me the internet is slow so I must check into this. I was told I had more gigabytes than I needed. I'm hoping it is just temporary and soon it will all become faster.”

“I went with my mom, and she initially had some issues, but it resolved itself. The service still needs to be more aware of personal information on shared accounts. Hopefully, my mom can get everything settled correctly eventually, but we think it may take jumping through some unnecessary hoops. Update: She got help and they sent her a newer device; they also changed the number for her since she was getting 20-50 spam calls a day. It turned out ok in the end for her.”
