“I came in today to get a new device, I was switching from Metro by T-Mobile. I wish I would of got the ladies name! ❤️ She was super nice and professional, as well as the gentleman there with her. I came in with $160 and they got me into a IPhone SE (2020) (Color: Red) and I got phone case w/ screen protector included, and Cricket + protection and walked out paying $118 and some change. We are on the Southeast side of the bridge. Here are some directions. The best way to get in there is to turn into W 23rd st from Peninsula then turn left into Ebco Park. There are multiple buildings, and none of them are numbered consistently. Head straight all the way until a building blocks your way, then turn left. We are pretty close to the loading docks next to Railpower. Our address is 2001 Peninsula Drive, Erie, PA 16506. Prior to June 2016, our offices are under the 2005 sign. After June 2016, we will relocate to the 2001 sign area.”

“I had an issue with my phone not getting service. Long story short, my phone is still junk. However, all of the employees at this Verizon store were very engaged, and all they wanted to do was help. They did everything they could think of from changing out the sim card with a new one, eliminating the sim card to an internal sim, activating another new sim so it could work with a replacement phone and so on. They were really good to me, and i never bought a thing. I hope Michael the manager, and his team get to see this, and anyone who thinks they deserve a negative review sees this too. Good work guys!”

“Sondralee and her team did an outstanding job of installing a new stereo, amp, and speakers in my 2011 F-150! It's an older truck with a factory stereo that, well, sucked! I couldn't have been more pleased with the installation that they did, and that they took the time after it was done to show me how to use it! There was a small inconvenience in scheduling due to an unforeseen situation in which I had to wait an extra week until it could be done, however it was worth the wait and Sondralee took the time and effort to help out when getting my truck back was a burden! I wouldn't hesitate to take it back there for anything, and highly recommend! Thank you and your team so much!”
