Outstanding Service – Seamless Switch from Verizon to T-Mobile
I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile specifically because T-Mobile offers a much more affordable option for international travel, without the ridiculous $12-per-day charges. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Lizzy was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She made the entire process completely seamless and handled everything for me from start to finish. No stress, no confusion — just smooth, professional service.

“I came in yesterday 06/27/25 I forgot the store reps name, but, he was phenomenal. I ported over from Metro By T-Mobile and got the iPhone 13 on a great deal for $118.99 out the door and I also got a phone case, privacy screen protector, and pop socket on a great deal as well. He was super kind, and the store was well-stocked, and well-organized as well as clean!
This is my new favorite location, I use to go to West 12th Street but the lady and gentleman there is completely rude, and incompetent when we was with Cricket before but I am so glad State Street turned around and have great employees there! I am so pleased with the service when I got home my husband’s line was added through me! Super satisfied and pleased with the smooth and quick process yesterday as well as the great customer service experience and our signal is 10X better than with Metro!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the results…looks great and they seamlessly integrated it into the factory audio system, steering wheel controls, and backup camera. Highly recommend!”
