“I came in today to get a new device, I was switching from Metro by T-Mobile. I wish I would of got the ladies name! ❤️ She was super nice and professional, as well as the gentleman there with her. I came in with $160 and they got me into a IPhone SE (2020) (Color: Red) and I got phone case w/ screen protector included, and Cricket + protection and walked out paying $118 and some change. “State St. ripped me off on my phone and service purchase when I signed up. Thought I was getting a deal when in fact it was just the opposite and over paid. They also put me on someone else's family plan, whom I had no idea who they were so I couldn't do anything regarding my own account or get taken off of the other person's. It was BS. They have there store temporarily closed so I couldn't go to them about it. Went to the store on Parade St. Where Bennie helped me out. He had to call his Co who called tech people to get me my own account and off this other person's. There was no way anyone could do anything without the account password which I didn't have seeing how it wasn't really my account. It was as all a huge, aggravating hassle but he got it taken care of for me and everything worked out. I now have heard some things about the store on State St. Do not ever go to that location! If it wasn't for the great help of the other store and Bennie I would of been out nearly 200 dollar's. Will always go to this location on Parade for my future needs. I cannot stress enough not to ever go to the store on State St. If I could leave a review on their google page I would”

“I had an issue with my phone not getting service. Long story short, my phone is still junk. However, all of the employees at this Verizon store were very engaged, and all they wanted to do was help. They did everything they could think of from changing out the sim card with a new one, eliminating the sim card to an internal sim, activating another new sim so it could work with a replacement phone and so on. They were really good to me, and i never bought a thing. I hope Michael the manager, and his team get to see this, and anyone who thinks they deserve a negative review sees this too. Good work guys!”
