Not only was Arthur able to help with phones he was able to answer all of our questions without rushing us. We had a very bad experience at a different location prior. Everyone working in the store truly seems to want to help everyone as much as they can. It’s not the closest AT&T for us but it’ll be the one we use now.”

I went to two Apple stores today for this phone with no luck (lack of inventory and poor customer service) but on the plus side of those poor visits I found someone that I trust and will be recommending! “This store is a great ATT store. Individualized service, and they still care about customers as individuals. Ramon helped me with an issue today that initially could not be resolved to my satisfaction. After I left, he continued to research the issue to find an alternate solution, and gave me a call to let me know he was successful. I returned quickly and the issue was 100% resolved. Very happy customer. I've used this store for years, and have had experience with other stores as I've helped family members and friends. Don't use a mall store. If you are in the broader Newtown area, select this store for your ATT needs.”
