“Had a 5* experience with BJ today, helping me to return some equipment. When he found out that his system would not allow him to process the return, he gave me 2 options, one of which was to have a UPS Store process it. He literally walked with me a few stores down to the UPS Store, went back to his store to get some info they needed, and then stayed with me til they finished processing the return and gave me the receipt. He went the extra mile for me. Much appreciated. In hearing him work with another customer before me, he seemed very patient and knowledgeable.”

“The young man who helped me was not Mohommad but a different guy altogether. I’m pointing that out only so that the young man gets the credit he deserves. He was super polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me some water when he saw that I was having a little trouble as I’m a diabetic and forgot to bring my water flask. He’s a great asset to ATT and should be considered for positions of greater responsibility.
He’d make an excellent trainer, for example, as well as salesman.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 16. The staff is absolutely awesome. They took their time helping me, showing me, and explaining everything to me. The whole staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, etc… I can go on and on about how great they are. I would and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I will refer anyone who needs to upgrade their phone or have any advice, issues, problems or questions to the amazing team at Verizon. “Shawn & Nikki were an amazing help! I came in looking to start a new line on my old phone which was on life support 😭, broken screen, battery inflated and there was no back because of how bad it was shattered, but it worked so I was gonna deal with it because I didn't have a great budget being last minute coming in due to getting kicked off my old plan, but they worked with me and my girlfriend to figure a way to afford a new phone and get a more than reasonable price and line plan, and I'm more than happy with my new phone, not only that but they were very personable, and great to talk to through the process, and I definitely look forward to seeing them again when I come in next time!”
