I have used their facility for annual safety inspections, tire replacements, and occasional repairs. My current car (2020 Honda Civic) was having a persistent issue earlier this year and Dave and the rest of the team went above and beyond with getting to the bottom of the problem and fixing it. “I have written reviews in the past, but this is an extra special, long overdue review. United Tire in Willow Grove PA deserves TEN STARS!! I have had almost all of my cars repaired here for years and years; way back to the early 1980s (a couple of owners ago). Chuck, Dave, Travis, John, Tony and all of the mechanics are great. Being a female, it is scary to bring your car to a mechanic. These guys were always respectful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, explained everything to me---and competent etc. My cars were always repaired correctly the first time; but if there was a time to get double-checked, they always welcomed and accommodated me. A year and a half ago-2022, I needed to start leasing, per my sister's suggestion; getting older and didn't want to have to worry anymore about repairs. Ty went above and beyond by personally driving to pickup the new tires when Monro’s warehouse had a delay. And, the tires he got, were less expensive, so his heroic act saved $100+ off the original total quoted. And, with little hope at 8:30am, we were complete by Noon, and our family was off to Poconos for a planned trip. My family will definitely go back for auto services at Monro. Very trustworthy.”

Before deciding to just call it quits and buy a new car, I asked Fountain Street for an estimate for those repairs on the recommendation of a friend. They came in over $1400 less than the dealership. Brian was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the shop is busy, so I had to wait a week and a half before they could fit me in.”
