“Great customer service. They helped get a shipment to Los Angeles that somehow went thru Guam and Hawaii get unstock in the USPS system. A few days after sharing tracking # and issue with them, they were able to contact Hawaii USPS to find the package and get it to LA. Above and beyond service!!!”
“Always love this post office! Superb service every time. Mack was incredibly patient and kind trying to help me resolve a shipping debacle, even though the confusion on my end delayed closing hours. Tina is always wonderful too! Recently, a USPS refund could only be made via money order and she dropped it the order off to our office on her own time. Thanks for the A+ service, USPS Orefield!”
“I really like this location! Every time I come in, even if I have 20 packages to send out the woman at the front -Jessie -always has such a kind attitude! She moves quickly and is super sweet! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Yes, sometimes the lines get long but that’s because there is only one person at the front most of the time. If you go into this post office with some patience and understanding , you’ll have a great experience simply because the woman at the front is very friendly and pleasant to work with! Thank you for all your hardwork!”

“I had to pick up some stamps and mail a few things. The woman working behind the counter was so helpful, friendly, and pleasant! This was my first time using this PO and I just happened to stop because it was close to where I was running errands. But I will definitely go to this one if I need to use a PO again even if it's not particularly close to where I live. I'm super impressed.”
“I always have a nice experience at this post office. The Neffs location is closer for me, but I’m often a last minute customer at Schnecksville since they’re open 30 minutes later and I work full time. The employees are always so kind and have never made me feel like I’m inconveniencing their day. I appreciate that!”

“I always enjoy going to the post office to ship items. Tom has always been helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to just have a small chat with while going through the process of getting the items ready to ship. I have had my kids in with me before and he’s pleasantly interacted with them and gave them coloring books which made their day. I love the small town feel of this PO and I don’t take my business anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. Thanks for all your help Mr. Tom!”

The guy that's usually there is quite helpful and friendly.There is quite another experience about actually getting our mail delivered, but I don't think that's what you want to hear about.”
“The worker Shelia there is the most pleasant upbeat person! I wish every place I went to had a person like her working. I purposely will go out of my way and only ever go to this post office once I went there for the 1st time and had a wonderful customer experience. I agree with the other reviews it does make it feel like that hometown post office feel because of her:) they should give her a raise, because she certainly deserves it. She’s the face for that post office and it’s a very blessed happy one.”
“Went into this post office this morning to mail a paqckage. The clerk informed me that I had an incorrect address. After calling home, I realized she was right. I told her I'd return later and she was quite pleasant. When I returned, I got the parcel mailed. The clerk was very patient and considerate with me. I have never had a problem at this post office.”

“I’ve had to visit this post office several times over the past month, and the service has been consistently exceptional. Every staff member is attentive and thorough. Even when a supervisor wasn't immediately available to handle a specific concern, I received a follow-up call within 24 hours from a fully briefed supervisor who helped me right away—no repeating myself required. Lines can get long since there’s often only one person working the counter due to USPS underfunding, but the staff does an incredible job despite being short-staffed.”

“I honestly never have a bad experience at this USPS location, the women that usually works the front is always so kind and helpful and I never felt rushed even if the place gets super busy. Prices are always correct as listed. My packages are always handled with care. I purposely drive like 15-20 minutes out of my way to come to this location vs my usps close to home due to the customer service.”
