“Was recommended to Cross Fit from a friend of mine. I found the CROSS FIT T1 in willow grove near my home and decided to give it a try. The best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Was a little nervous, haven’t been to the gym since 2010. At T1 I felt very welcome since the first day, amazing team of coaches that help and guide you through the process. Even the members are very helpful and friendly, after being a member for couple of weeks feels like i been there for years. Best thing, I already can see a differences on my body and can’t wait for the next day class. Wish I started earlier but it’s never too late. Highly recommended
CROSS FIT T1 best full body workout”
“Kanna Fitness is an outright awesome fitness center! The gym, its coaches, and members make this place the most welcoming, seasoned, and structured workout facility I could ever imagine. I’m not a gym rat, never have been, but I always valued exercise to stay healthy. I’ve tried small fitness centers in recent years, as I get older, but dislike having to plan workouts and the mundaneness of the routines. I trialed a small gym before coming to Kanna, but it was too expensive with small group personal training and did not have the same sense of community. Kanna’s price structure is very fair and the coaches are great. It is well worth the price and benefits of having community motivation to obtain functional fitness for life. GO FOR IT!”

“Bria Method is so much more than a fitness studio—it’s a place that truly changes lives. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a positive, supportive community where both the coaches and members genuinely encourage one another.
What truly sets Bria Method apart is the coaching. Every trainer takes the time to help you move safely, improve your technique, and challenge yourself at the right level while celebrating every milestone along the way.
Over the past 8–9 months, Bria Method has become much more than my workout routine. It has transformed my health, confidence, mindset, and daily habits. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more energized, and inspired to keep growing.
Joining Bria Method has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and my life. If you’re looking for a place that will support you, challenge you, and help you become the best version of yourself, I couldn’t recommend Bria Method more highly.”

“I used to be been out of the loop with exercise; but after 30 classes you should see me knee at church!
Barre3 is fun, engaging and really makes you think about moving with thought.
I have enjoyed all of the classes I have tried, and your instructors are really great!
Their mentoring is a real help when you first begin, and beyond when you can NOT do a certain moves.
I am so glad I carved out time, for what is my favorite time of the week, Thanks!”

“Best gym in Lansdale/ Hatfield area.
24/7 access make life so much more convenient. The gym is stacked with about everything you need to train. Theres plenty of cardio, lifting machines, weight racks, DBs up to 115 lbs. Heavy punching bag, 2 battle ropes stations, heavy sled on turf.
Chris and Christian are helpful and knowledgeable just ask them and they will answer your question, give you a spot and lead the training sessions.

“I began taking classes at Barre3 Rosemont in 2014, and they have consistently proven how much they care about and value their clients. The instructors are outstanding, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the studio is bright and impeccably clean. The workouts are intelligent, functional, effective, and fun, and their customer service is excellent. I’m so grateful for this studio, the community it has created, and the professional and supportive way it is run.”

“Great gym for workouts. A large variety of machines. Whether you want plate loaded or free weights, they have plenty of choices. The only issue with this gym is the locker availability. On a Sunday morning there was 6 people working out, but there was 42 lockers that were locked. People lock the lockers when they are leaving so they have their personal locker.”

“I love the rates and class environment. I also like that the staff ensures that I am doing the workouts correctly. They also have great class times . Sometimes I feel like it’s a little cliquish. I feel ignored like the trainers have certain people that they like. I did my 16 classes and think that I will find a new place to workout.”

“A-Game Fitness has been such a great place for my preteen athlete. Tori has this incredible ability to understand how a kid moves, what motivates them, and how to build real strength and power in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming. My daughter has gotten noticeably stronger, more athletic, and more confident—and she’s absolutely crushing her sport right now. The results she’s seeing aren’t a coincidence; training with Tori at A-Game has been a huge part of the puzzle.
Aaron is also fantastic. He’s the kind of owner who genuinely listens and works with you to make training plans and schedules actually doable. You can tell he cares about every family who walks through the door.
The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe. It’s full of good people who know what they’re doing and love helping people hit, or even exceed their goals.
Couldn’t recommend A-Game, Tori and Aaron more.”
“I’ve been a member for a little over 2 years, the gym is always clean, coaches are knowledgeable, and the members are welcoming. Highly recommend Blackout to anyone looking for a place to grow and stay motivated.”
“Thank you OTF Ardmore! Coming up on my 1 year anniversary and am so happy for the amazing improvements in my physical strength, endurance and power! Grateful for the commitment from all of the Coaches and Staff! OrangeTherapy for me!”
“A really nice studio. I took the Bikram 90-minute class, which can be quite a challenge. I found it more manageable. The class was busy without being crowded. The instruction was relaxed as well. Very nice!”

“If you want a workout that actually changes your fitness, Goals Fit in Manayunk is it. Kasey runs early-morning HIIT classes that fold in running and hill sprints, so you get strength and conditioning in one session instead of choosing between them.
What sets Kasey apart is her read on people. She knows exactly when to push and how hard, so you leave every class having done more than you thought you could, without ever feeling broken. That instinct is rare and it’s the whole reason I keep showing up.
The group format makes it. Everyone shows up supportive, no ego, and the crew is genuinely fun to be around at 6 a.m., which is no small thing.
I also train with Kasey on running-specific work, track sessions for speed and hill repeats for power. My pace and strength have both jumped since I started. The workouts are always creative and fun!
Kasey is one of the best fitness trainers in the Philadelphia area, full stop. If you want real results and a community worth waking up for, Goals Fit is where you’ll find both!”

“My boyfriend and I did the first class for free here, the staff and our coach Kim made such a wonderful impression, we ended up signing up for 6 months after our class !! We felt both motivated and pushed to work harder, with the comfort of being in a safe environment! Looking forward to frequent classes here in the very near future!”
“****update*** I have visable bicepts for the first time since i was a little kid
The staff here took the time to learn my goals, needs and what drives me. They learned how to acutely help me get stronger and more flexible not just physically but mentally too. If im struggling they remind me progress is going ahead not always forward and that needing to slow down or drop weights is normal. The other people in classes ive met are also there clearing eachother on.”
