“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! Thank you Bobby for all your effort and hard dedication, you are very appreciated! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he was so informative!! Thank you so much!”

The manager at this location. “This store has at least two great employees, Gabby and Liz. I met Gabby at the Phoenixville store where she was filling in. She listened to what I needed, explained her situation, called the West Chester Store and then directed me to Liz in West Chester.
Liz expected my arrival. She patiently spent at least an hour with me. Liz called Metro's Customer Service and all of the other departments they directed her to. She explained to each department what the issue was. She thought of various ways to try to resolve the issue.
Liz showed excellent Customer Service. She did not expect me to try to solve the problem on my own. She did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She did more than was expected.”

“I have owned Streamlight flashlights for decades. I have all types from tactical firearm mounted ones, to pocket lights, to full size rechargeable ones. They have always performed great and are incredibly bright!
I also want to give a shout out to say how awesome their customer service is. I lost a clip off of one of my small lights and called to purchase a replacement. They were very helpful and are shipping a replacement one out tomorrow. It is things like this that makes customers for life.”
“While the bread and butter of this business seems to be comprehensive installations, I was given AS MUCH care and attention buying a pair of their entry level floor standers as I imagine would be reserved for their high-end clientele. And not on one occasion mind you, on three separate visits as I made up my mind.
These are good people who are passionate about what they do.

“My husband and I went to this tmobile store today after having a not so great experience at the one closest to us a while ago. What a pleasant surprise to be helped by Roland!! He first answered questions we had about our bill then helped us upgrade our equipment. Every step he made pleasant and throughly explained everything. We also had our young children with us. He was so friendly and kind to them as well. We will definitely be returning to this store for anything we need! There was another gentleman that helped us with checking out and setting up equipment. I wish I remembered his name to also give him credit as well. Again, a very pleasant experience with him.”

“Radio replacement on a 2019 VW Beetle
I recently had Mike at Exotic Customs replace the radio in my 2019 Beetle, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I spoke to Mike it was clear that he takes pride in doing things the right way — clean work, careful handling, and zero shortcuts.
Mike was thorough, organized, and extremely detail‑oriented throughout the install. He walked me through the plan, confirmed the parts, and made sure everything would integrate properly with the Beetle’s wiring and controls. The final result shows how much skill he brings to the job:
• The radio sits perfectly flush in the dash
• All wiring is cleanly routed and secured
• Steering‑wheel controls and CarPlay work exactly as they should
• No rattles, no gaps, no loose trim — just a factory‑clean finish
The Beetle isn’t always the easiest car for aftermarket work, but Mike handled it with total confidence and precision. The difference in sound quality and usability is huge, and the install looks like it came straight from VW.
I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend Exotic Customs for anyone who wants a meticulous, professional installation done right the first time.”

“I’ve been getting my batteries and chargers here for about 5 years. I’ve not been disappointed once. There batteries are fresh and still work today. I don’t vape but they have batteries for those also. I’ve often had a question about what battery I can replace the existing battery with, I send a picture of the flashlight and old battery through Messenger and they usually give me an answer the next day. I can call them, email them or use Facebook Messenger. I’d highly recommend this company. They ship fast and I paid half of what the brand name would have cost me. Don’t take my word for it go check them out.”
“Amanda is so sweet! I was in the self checkout lane a few days ago and some lady was giving Amanda a hard time. The store was obviously overwhelmed with customers and short staffed and Amanda did a great job diffusing the situation with professionalism and kindness. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a few months because Arifa truly deserves the recognition. Back in February, she helped me recreate a custom Starbucks drink I had found online, and she was genuinely excited to help make it. She was incredibly friendly, personable, and had such a positive attitude that it made the experience even better.
I continue to go out of my way to visit this Starbucks whenever I’m in the area because the drinks are consistently well made, and Arifa always seems genuinely happy to be there, and her enthusiasm and excellent customer service really stand out. She is a wonderful asset to this location!”

The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They really took the time to understand my situation and made sure my dad’s issue was fully resolved. It meant so much to feel that level of support and concern.
