“Am I the only CVS prescription customer that has the utmost appreciation for the pharmacist? Eric is doing an amazing job, with all that he has been handed. 1st it was Covid and the trickling down effects it is still causing. Shorthanded with staff, shipment delays, rudest customers in Lebanon Co., but all the while keeping his dignity and due deligence to assure his customers are getting their needs met. Kudos to Eric for doing such an amazing job at my CVS pharmacy. I appreciate you. P. S you deserve to close that window and take an hr. lunch being the only 1 their from store open till store close.”
“I am visiting from out of town and my youngest son ended up getting strep. This was the nearest pharmacy to our hotel but my older son took my vehicle and we were stuck at the hotel with a miserable 8 year old and no medicine!! The folks at this Pharmacy arranged for one of their (off duty) employees to deliver the medicine to our hotel!! I hate chains and always default to using local businesses as often as possible. This is why!! Stacy and everyone else involved in helping me today are the epitome of why small business is so important and also why caring and compassion are so important. i cannot say enough good about this experience.”
“People shouldn't dis pharmacy workers or even store workers. Any faults or problems should mostly be laid at the feet of the manager of your local store. In lebanon we have a manager who refuses to get more handicap carts for those of us unable to walk far. Going on almost 6 years now. But it's all we have these days as the smaller stores prices are too high so live with it. It's either quality or price can't have both”

“Just because the pharmacist needs to eat, doesn't mean the pharmacy should be closed. There are other people there who can check you out while you're getting your prescriptions. The pharmacist doesn't have to be there just for us to pick up our prescriptions. This is ridiculous that you are closed even though there are employees that can handle it.”
“We were on vacation from Miami and our child was carsick and the wonderful lady at tri-Valley pharmacy was able to give us the local price for his prescription versus the $160 my insurance wanted to charge me thanks to her we only paid 16 bucks. Great service caring staff if you're ever in Pinegrove pay them a visit”

“Lisa was wonderful and so was the other staff. I’m from out of state with scripts that have to be confirmed with my doctor at home, plus they’re workers comp paid. Lisa had them confirmed and filled within an hour. I also have an expensive inhaler to be filled that she called my home pharmacy to get the script and special order it. It was also done the same day and it’ll be here tomorrow. It’s hard to find an out of state pharmacy you can trust but this one has over-delivered. Thank you for excellent healthcare.”
“In the 4 years coming to this CVS we have never encountered a rude employee. They always ask if we need any help. ...ask questions at checkout to see if we need anything...provide information about any coupons we use. We say they all deserve a 10 rating..especially Michael and Jodi in the pharmacy!!”

“Just got a prescription here and I was only in the pharmacy for 2 minutes. Very fast service. Friendly folks. They have a drive thru to the right of the building. They have over the counter medicine in the pharmacy area. Nice to have a local place to get medication.”
