“I have to say John McCabe is an asset to this Branch! I went in to try to get help because my identity was stolen. I spent 4 months trying to prove I don’t live in Philadelphia because I live in Bethlehem my whole life. It was right before Christmas 2025. I walked in feeling defeated until John asked if he could be of service. With a smile he brought me over to his desk. He heard my story and immediately asked for my documents and helped send them to the right people . John made my holiday because a week later they sent me a letter saying I wasn’t responsible and it was taken of my credit report! Thank you so much John you are an Angel?”

I informed them that mother had just passed the day prior and that I was in a bit of a hurry......no problem. They helped me with both quickness and efficiency! “Honestly, had i written this 24 hours ago id have given 1 star only cause 0 isn't an option. After a HORRIBLE experience with truist customer service over the phone, I walked into that branch today with every ounce of my being expecting to close my business account and go elsewhere. I was angry, confused, frustrated and nobody with truists national customer service line could give me an accurate answer to my question, then I got the opportunity to speak with Diana the branch manager and wow did my perspective change. Right off the bat, she gave me every ounce of her undivided attention, immediately asking what happened so she could fix it. By the time I was done talking to her, I felt relieved, I had clarification, and most of all I felt heard. Not to mention she corrected every single concern I had and I left happy to be banking with truist. If you need something, I promise, setting up an apt to speak with her was the best thing I did.”

“What an incredible person Lori K. at 19th Street in Allentown was today. She walked me through the scary stuff of someone hacking my credit card. She took time to a calm me down and reassure me that in a few minutes I would have a new card. She looked at all my past expenses. How reassuring it was to know I wouldn’t need to spend my entire Saturday re-entering my new card. She helped me activate it. Wow. This old gal is a super satisfied customer. I have been since 1988!!!”
