We did go to moove in storage previously who said they were open between eight and 12 we showed up at 11 and there was no one there when we called their self service, they were not able to reach the property manager, waste of my time and gas”
“I went to the office in Pottstown last Saturday morning to get a storage unit for the first time. The office was closed, but she was working remotely. Lauri literally walked me through all of my options over the phone and let me open up the storage units until we found the perfect choice for me. Lauri took the time to help me and was so caring and kind. She set me up for move-in that night and explained everything in great detail. Lauri is so sweet and she gets the job done. I cannot thank her enough. I would definitely recommend Storage Sense of Pottstown.”

You download an app which lets you inside the gate to the facility via your blue tooth... it is so easy that even I could figure it out. ;) Great customer service. I feel as though my items are very secure and the space is extremely clean, modern, and safe. I always receive a prompt call back with any questions from Terry, and especially Autumn. Thank you!”

Unit was clean-small amount of water. Price was good when we started but then increased by 50%. Although the economy went sky high it wasn’t even close to 50%. That would be my only complaint!”
“Okay here's my honest review. The facility and stone lot are both fine. I have a private garage nearby so it's extremely convenient for me. The pricing is excellent. The staff is good. I couldn't find my unit the first time and called Melissa from the office after hours. She promptly responded and gave me the option of a different unit instead of the assigned one. I looked at both and chose the original unit. The units are air tight for storage only. Nothing wet should be stored inside. So don't complain if moisture forms inside because you something wet inside. The double handle latch doors are a little tricky to shut if it's your first time but not hard. Use your foot if you need to lol.”
“Had a great experience with my movers from Bekins. To the agent that came out to give a quote, to the packer and then to all the movers. They were friendly, hard working and took the utmost care with all of our belongings. The move from my old house to my new home was seamless. Would totally recommend Bekins Moving and Storage to anyone looking for moving services.”
“This was a fantastic experience with using pack rat. They are very accommodating and are able to work around any problems that may arise. We had no issues whatsoever when the pack rat was delivered to our house for moving. When we had it delivered to the new home, a police officer said we could not park it on the street that day. Dave came to the rescue and helped us relocate the pack rat temporarily until we could figure out where else
to put it. And this was late on a Friday night! This company will be there for you when you need them. I'm glad we decided to use pack rat.”
