““It is a nice supermarket, and the workers are good. The best among them is one who looks about 14 years old, and I think he said his name is Elyas. He is nice and talks with customers, and I advise the manager to take care of him.”
“I shop here it's close and convenient. The people that work there are friendly. I wish they had a better selection on some products but I probably could say that about any supermarket. Comparably, compared to Wegmans and Tops, they are the cheapest of the three. nothing fancy. They do offer gas points and tell gas at that location. Considering the part of town that they are located in, they serve their customers fairly well”

“Nice store but after comparing to Oak Hill in Penn Yan there prices are a lot higher. Thought it would save money but it was way more than the time and extra fuel to drive to Oak Hill. If they lower their prices to match Oak Hill than it would be decent deal. We are talking 30% to 40% higher on same products.”

“West End Beverage is a great place to buy drinks, snacks, and lottery. They have a large selection of craft beer from local breweries that you won't find anywhere else. In spring/summer they have food trucks that come about 3 times per week. The owners and employees are very friendly people and will always help you find what you need. It always smells great inside and the temperature is just right whether it's winter or summer. Support local and pay them a visit!”

I’m writing this review because of the abuse I saw your employee Jeremy, endure while I was there. Jeremy was incredibly patient and empathetic to an ornery female customer who was clearly confused by the sale tags. Further , she was not open to being educated about the mistake SHE was making. When she realized her error she grabbed a sale tag from a different area of the store and continued to belittle and bombard Jeremy claiming the law was on her side and what he was doing was illegal. She was making a show to save a buck.
When I attempted to explain she condescendingly mocked me and soon after boiled over shoving and throwing her desired purchases at Jeremy who AMAZINGLY continued to keep his cool while simultaneously being openly apologetic to other customers waiting in line.
The irate customer also mocked him when he multitask By welcoming people who were coming in the door by saying “HEY there! welcome to DG.” She asked him if he was on drugs and he clearly was just being kind.
I’m writing because as a customer this experience was horrific to watch. I’m sure It was embarrassing for Jeremy who did everything right! Im sure this woman will call and complain or post a scathing review or attempt to get something free out of this. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN! Set a higher standard; one that doesn’t reward bad behavior.
Instead, maybe thank your staff for always being amazing and helpful! Please let them all know to keep up the good work!”

“Stop ghere for the first time to meet a frien after the meet we stoped in just to purchase a few sodas and we was there for over an hour looking around all their merchandice ,amased of all the grate farm grown cuts of meets and how spotles cleaned it was ...we spoked to the owners and they treat it us like family, gave us a personal ture wile informing us of their menue , gave us their buissness card ...that was 2 week ago and we are looking foward to stop by and do our shopping for meets for grilling now that summer is here...”
