“I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”

“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! “Marc was great work with. I hate getting new phones but he was very helpful and made the process really easy. I accidentally deleted all of my text messages the following day and he helped me restore them. I watched him interact with some older customers as well and he was very patient and kind to them through their phone issues. Highly recommend this location and Marc in particular.”

“Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! What a stand up dude! Theo was great too. THANK YOU DARRYL!!!”
“Aliza was fantastic at helping me get my phone traded in for the 16 which I have bought. She also was able to get me on a cheaper plan being 70 years old and advise me about free Internet that’s going on called 55+! she is a manager of many stores and she really knew everything that was out there!I feel very lucky to have gotten her when I went in the store. My friend Robert was also with me and we were considering possibly having a plan together and then getting free Internet so much cheaper than Comcast!”

“Darius was great in helping us with adding my wife to my plan. He’s friendly and professional while also being relaxed making us feel comfortable. He helped me realize that I qualified for a business account and saved us money not only for our cells but also on our home internet. Henry, the manager came by to introduce himself and talk with us while there were no other customers to help. He’s also super friendly, the store just has a good atmosphere. We were going to switch my wife online but are happy we went to this store instead.”

“This store has at least two great employees, Gabby and Liz. I met Gabby at the Phoenixville store where she was filling in. She listened to what I needed, explained her situation, called the West Chester Store and then directed me to Liz in West Chester.
Liz expected my arrival. She patiently spent at least an hour with me. Liz called Metro's Customer Service and all of the other departments they directed her to. She explained to each department what the issue was. She thought of various ways to try to resolve the issue.
Liz showed excellent Customer Service. She did not expect me to try to solve the problem on my own. She did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She did more than was expected.”

“Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!”
