“On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional.On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. I thanked her and tried to give her a lottery ticket which she declined.Please tell her how much I appreciated her attitude and help.Mike”

Don't buy new, bring your wish list and measurements and check here first. “I haven't been to a hardware store like this since I was a little kid and going to the hardware store with my Dad. I walked in and their was two people working the counter. As soon as you walk in they ask how they can help you. I described what I was looking for and they went and grabbed it for me. I happened to be in town for a trade show and we needed paper towels, a degreaser cleaner, Allen wrench set, and sand paper. Within a few minutes they gathered everything I needed and I paid. Then I had to wait for an UBER driver to get back to the convention center and I watched customers walk in and describe what they needed and the two guys working the counter just kept grabbing what was needed and checking people out. It was so efficient and I actually found it fascinating to watch these customers come and go with such efficiency. Very cool.”
