“Great ACE Hardware store in Etters. Larger than other ACE stores. Close to the highway. They had a toilet part that my local ACE didn't have. Lots of staff who walked me right to the part. I love it when a store has what I want and also has a knowledgeable staff which is why I didn't mess with a big-box store.”

“Just want to start by saying their service is top tier man. The middle aged woman who works there went out of her way to help me get the right items for my phone mount which was the reason why I visited this place. She even ended up fixing the part of the mount that I had been struggling with. Absolutely would recommend coming here:)”

“Neat place with lots to look at for anyone interested in woodworking. Prices are on the high end compared to Amazon but you can actually hold and touch the items before you buy. They do run sales that bring prices into the normal range and most of the items are quality. I recommend searching through the lumber bins sometimes you can find pieces with unique figuring and they're the same price as the normal stock.”

“I called in inquiring about blacktop cold patch and Jack answered the phone. He physically went and put his hands on it to make sure it was in stock, I asked if he had six and he said yes, I told him I would head over immediately...... when I arrive this is what I see when I walk in the building. 🙌 (There WAS 6, I took 2 off cause I only ended up needing 4 lol). Honestly so far above and beyond typical customer service. I will shop here instead of Home Depot or Lowe's whenever possible.🤝”

“Had a problem with a brand new dewalt mower I had bought less than a month ago. Talked with CC in customer service . While disappointed in the lack of help on getting the mower back I was happy with my conversation with her. She was professional and polite. It’s the policy that is bad and not her fault. After arriving back to the store Diane and Mike were amazing. Wonderful help from them . Diane knew her product and Mike was so helpful. Some very good employees. Too bad the policies aren’t as good.”
