“The Harvest Drive Family Inn is in a great location. Very close to intercourse without being on a main road. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The walls between rooms are very thin, we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. We had trouble getting the heater to work, so the room was a little chilly. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again, just need to bring some earplugs next time.”

“From the time Jon at the front desk checked us in, til the time Jon checked us out...the trip was just amazing! The Hot Buffet breakfast had everything I could have wanted. The Sweet Tea available in the lobby 24/7 was the icing on the cake!! It tasted just like my mom used to make. We were there over a snow day, and were happy sitting at the pool all day long. Each person we interacted with was nicer than the next. And I liked that we were in the Adults Only portion. I highly recommend this place and we're already trying to plan when to come back!! And, added bonus, close to so many restaurants and things to do.Rooms: King Grand. Great layout. Plenty of space. Humongous bathroom with a clawfoot tub!! Plenty of room for us with all our toiletries! and loved the separate toilet area.Walkability: Due to the nasty snow storm we got during our stay, we decided not to drive anywhere on Friday. We walked out the front door, walked a few feet and were at the Smokehouse BBQ for burgers & fried chicken. Definitely convenient!Noteworthy details: All the staff that we encountered, from Jon at reception to the ladies working the kitchen and eating area - very pleasant and helpful.”

“This place us absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Every area I went into was very clean, from the room, to the common areas, down to the pool area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and made our stay that much more enjoyable!Rooms: The rooms are an average size for a hotel, but the beds were extremely comfortable! My 10yr old daughter's birthday was this weekend and she was the boss. She insisted she sleep on the pull out couch even though there was an empty bed, but surprisingly that was also a comfortable place to sleep!Also the temperature of the room was perfect. It wasn't too hot or too cold. And having a baby with us, that is important. The staff made sure to bring us up a pack'n'play as well! I was extremely pleased!Noteworthy details: The pool area and the pool itself were great! A staff member made sure to come in and see if we needed anything and also picked up any towels that were used and replaced with dry ones. Also, there was a fire pit area outside, but unfortunately we came at the wrong time of year to enjoy this.. Next time we will, because there will DEFINITELY be a next time!”

“If you're looking for genuine reviews, do not read any that talk about an evaporated pool, a frozen room, channel numbers being switched, a diner, square pizza, a table being flipped, etc.These are people trying to be funny by making reviews referencing an episode of the popular cartoon series Steven Universe. There is an episode called Keystone Motel and these people are being clods by adding fake reviews. Do not give one star for your fake reviews. It is rude and hurts the business.”

“Just a single night stay, but it was very pleasant. Room was larger than expected, though a tad dated (not surprisingly). Bed was very firm, which is different from what I am used to but I still slept well. Good water pressure in the shower, and the room had a microwave and mini fridge. Definitely willing to stay again if in the area.Nearby activities: Short drive to tons of shopping (outlet malls) and activities. Lots of good food options as well.”

“I don't know if the owners remember me or not.. but I worked for the hotel from 2006-2012 as a Housekeeper. The Cosgrove's were amazing. My manager and assistant manager was amazing. Co workers were amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel is quite unique as a whole ..and that will be forever more. No other hotel can be top'd than this one. Everyone is friendly, caring..we were such a great team. We laughed all of the time. Had fun during the holidays. Traveler's and regular's knew us all by name. It was so genuine. I'll never forget it. I'd work for the Cosgrove's again in a heartbeat. Such wonderful people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Your room will be spic'n'span. Any issues that may arise, just talk to the front desk. They want your stay to be as comfortable for you as possible, without you having any hassles. Seriously, go to this hotel. You won't regret it. “This place is truly one of our favorite hotels. We have been going to Kitchen Kettle Village for many years and discovered they had some rooms that you could stay at. We have stayed around ten times now and we keep coming back! This is a place that truly cares that you have a great and memorable time. So much better than the hotel chains out there and prices are reasonable.This most recent time, we had a snow storm and the village was closed however the staff made sure we had enough of everything. We were also invited to a lunch even though the place was closed. We met TJ at the cafe and he was incredible making us lunch and chatting with us.This place holds a special memory as I came here as a kid and now to take my children here with the outstanding service, we will be guest for life. 10 out of 10 Kitchen Kettle!”

“Top notch if you have kids. They have a petting zoo, duck/koi pond, mini golf, big playground, pools, restaurant, grocer, AND bakery/cafe all attached to the inn. You could stay all day and not need to leave, while entertaining your child the entire time.Housekeeping is great. They’re very friendly. Rooms are clean. We stayed near the pool and had no issues with our room (I’ve seen complaints about a humid smell but we had no such issue). It was a little loud during the weekend we stayed, but when we put towels against the bottom of the main door and attached door, it dampened enough of the noise for us.Restaurant is fine - we only did the buffet and it’s a good value, but i thought the food was just okay. With that said, we went every day because it was very convenient. We went across the street to the bakery/cafe. It was good but the service was slow and took so long that we almost left while waiting for our order (it was Labor Day - I don’t know if they were simply understaffed).We will almost certainly stay here again next time we visit. Our toddler had so much fun and I don’t think any other nearby hotels can replicate this experience.”

“Well after many many years of staying at the same place for our annual family trip, we decided to move on. This was our first stay here but will not be our last! Everything was perfect starting with an easy check-in with a very nice employee. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was an excellent grab-and-go breakfast. We loved having coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water available in the lobby all day and night. My son enjoyed the free popcorn and the indoor pool. And such a perfect location - you can't ask for much more. We can't wait to return on our next trip, thank you so much.”

“Ever sense we purchased a pop up camper we have been coming here for the past 4 years. Our grand kids have a ball here becuse of the activities they have as well as the water park area. My wife and I also enjoy what they do here as well. We have not had a bad experiance any of the times we were there. The office staff are very freindly and so are the kelpers in the camp store.”

“Vanessa at the front desk saved our trip. Very helpful and empathetic. The hotel is on Lincoln Highway, so the traffic noise is high if you are on the even room/outlet side of the hotel. I highly recommend the 5th floor, odd hotel room number side. In terms of location, you can literally walk to the Tanger Outlets from this hotel. There are many places to eat and drink nearby.”

The general manager, Nathan, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone attending the event, especially those from the Artists in Motion Studio Schuylkill Haven, PA, had everything they needed and more. His hands-on management style and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered great amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable. “W e came for one night for my 4 year old’s birthday. All 3 of our kids liked the room, we enjoyed the pool. The lobby and kids area is nice. Front desk staff was very friendly but the highlight of the night was playing bingo, hosted by Zack, we had so much fun and he was very entertaining and patient with the kids. I am giving the 4 out of 5 because of the cleanness of room and pool but overall fun experience. Also we stayed on a Sunday as it’s more affordable, weekend prices are high. “When I book this online I was thinking low class but I was extremely surprised, very nice rooms, the room was clean no holes anywhere ,carpet was clean, room had no musty smell, air conditioner and heat works great. The only fall back I found was the rail in the bathroom came loose. the sink is lower than a normal sink would be but it was very nice. The nighttime guy is extremely nice, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is coffee or apple juice orange juice grape juice, bagels with either butter or cream cheese, they also had a variety of muffins and danishes and stuff like that. But it was definitely worth the price that we paid which was not expensive at all. The daytime guy is really nice also. This will now be the hotel we stay in when we go back to Lancaster”
