“This review is more about Christian B the 3rd shift desk manager. We checked in late just as he was starting his shift. He was phenomenal. Super friendly, courteous and did a great job with 3 separate rooms for us. After I was up in my room a while I needed snacks so came down to the store next to check-in. Had a great 20+ min. conversation with Christian. Talked about life and also his job. Said he really like doing the books and everything asked of him. Was like talking to a friend but had just met him. He is a wonderful asset for the company and deserves accolades from them and deserves everything available to have him a long term employee. The people I drove for paid for my room so I won't be on any check in information. L. Miller paid. I was in rm #202. Myself and 2 Amish couples stayed here night of May 15 with a 11 pm. check in time. Suites were very comfortable and clean. I'm tall and my bed was the first one I've EVER had long enough bedding that actually came up all the way to my neck. My comfort level.”
“It's my favorite place for me and my family. It only needs small maintenance details that have not been fixed for years. Like the water guns, there are about 5 damaged. The handles of entering the pool or leaving that are the same are a little loose. But it's a lot of fun to play with the water guns and it's uncomfortable that not all of them work.”
““We stayed at the Weathervane Motor Court this weekend while visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre to see Joshua. Our stay at the Weathervane was exceptional! The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were coming home. This place is truly a hidden gem. The rates are very reasonable, and the hospitality is second to none. We highly recommend the Weathervane Motor Court to anyone visiting the area.”

“Stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding at Drumore Mill. Very happy with our stay. From check-in to check-out, we have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We were surprised at how big the room was. Every employee we met or passed in the halls were friendly. Each morning, we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The egg white veggie omelet and turkey sausage were delicious. Loved the assortment of juices offered as well as breads/bagels.
Highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit all the attractions around Strasberg. It's just around the corner from great shops and great eateries, as well as the Strasburg Railroad and the railroad museum.”

“We’ve been staying at the Kitchen Kettle Inn & Suites for a few years now. Never had we had such a pleasurable experience at other Inns or hotels. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and the lodging is top notch. We get the 2 room suites as it’s cozier and price comparable to getting 2 hotel rooms. Staying in the middle of the Village for shopping and being in the heart of Amish country is a great experience. The breakfasts are as delicious as they are plentiful. The ONLY downside is that the rooms sell out fast during peak times and weekends. Plan ahead and book when you know your dates.”

“So much better than the pictures! Multiple teams of basketball players and parents stayed for a couple of days. Before their games, in between their games and after their games everyone enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. The amount of staff around the resort was impressive. The pools and the grounds were immaculate. We will definitely be back!”
“It seemed funny the only bad reviews on here are from people who didn't stay here, but instead wanted to get onto private property to trespass and were denied...
We stayed for 4 nights here this week. If we could have given 6 stars, we would.
The cabin was great, grounds were nice and quiet, with wildlife. Location great... in the heart of activities.
Elaine doesn't have a menu to choose from, but she has a serious gift for outstanding array of excellent food... both taste and variety.
A pleasure to stay here, and we will be back!”

“The hotel receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She assisted me with all my needs, particularly when I was looking for a place to order food since the hotel's restaurant was closed; she kindly provided a menu from a recommended establishment. The room itself was clean and quite spacious. The only minor issue was that the hallway had a distinct odor, but aside from that, the premises were clean. The view from my room was truly beautiful.”
“For the price of 150–170, it’s a very nice place to stay.
First, you have AC and a nice bathroom, so that’s almost 5 stars, but I put 4 stars for the rooms because the bed sheets were a little thin and somewhat uncomfortable, but that’s an opinion.
Second, the pool was very nice and relaxing, so was the hot tub. It was the perfect temperature throughout the stay.
Third, the location was great; not crowded or loud. The trees were nice as well.
Overall ill still stand on 5 stars”

“When I book this online I was thinking low class but I was extremely surprised, very nice rooms, the room was clean no holes anywhere ,carpet was clean, room had no musty smell, air conditioner and heat works great. The only fall back I found was the rail in the bathroom came loose. the sink is lower than a normal sink would be but it was very nice. The nighttime guy is extremely nice, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is coffee or apple juice orange juice grape juice, bagels with either butter or cream cheese, they also had a variety of muffins and danishes and stuff like that. But it was definitely worth the price that we paid which was not expensive at all. The daytime guy is really nice also. This will now be the hotel we stay in when we go back to Lancaster”
“A quick getaway that was peaceful, fun and definitely at the top of my to do list for next month. The customer service was incredible. It is walking distance to several different food options, the outlets and Dutch Wonderland. Our room was super clean and well maintained. The grounds were really clean and up to date. It looked to be a great place to host a wedding or reception. The staff worked really well together too. I can't complain about a thing.”

“We stayed here for the first time last week. We stayed Thursday to Monday. We enjoyed everything. Very up to date hotel. Check in and out was a breeze. Front desk staff was awesome-Laura, Krystal especially. Pool area was always clean and inviting. Really enjoyed the later hours of the pool and hot tub being open. My son used the gym while there. Rooms were inviting and decorated beautifully. The included full breakfast was to die for. So many choices each morning. From eggs different ways, local sausage, bacon, potatoes, Belgian waffles, cereals, yogurt, bagels, and a variety of sweet treats. Till we left the girls and our family had a nice bond. Very easy to get along with. Very informative of things to do. Great over all experience. We are booked again in September to bring our grandsons to see Thomas.”
