“We stayed here for the first time last week. We stayed Thursday to Monday. We enjoyed everything. Very up to date hotel. Check in and out was a breeze. Front desk staff was awesome-Laura, Krystal especially. Pool area was always clean and inviting. Really enjoyed the later hours of the pool and hot tub being open. My son used the gym while there. Rooms were inviting and decorated beautifully. The included full breakfast was to die for. So many choices each morning. From eggs different ways, local sausage, bacon, potatoes, Belgian waffles, cereals, yogurt, bagels, and a variety of sweet treats. Till we left the girls and our family had a nice bond. Very easy to get along with. Very informative of things to do. Great over all experience. We are booked again in September to bring our grandsons to see Thomas.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the Kurtz House. The room was attractive, comfortable, and quiet. Beds were excellent. TV and WIFI worked well. Lighting was very good and outlets were readily available for charging devices. Room was generally clean (though the mirror on the back of the bedroom door was full of fingerprints). I was surprised that there was no room service to make the beds during our stay. Twice we had to call for help because our room key didn't work, but the front desk was very responsive. Appreciated the designated parking spots near our accommodations. The elevator is not for the claustrophobic (me), but my husband used it and it worked just fine.”

“This review is more about Christian B the 3rd shift desk manager. We checked in late just as he was starting his shift. He was phenomenal. Super friendly, courteous and did a great job with 3 separate rooms for us. After I was up in my room a while I needed snacks so came down to the store next to check-in. Had a great 20+ min. conversation with Christian. Talked about life and also his job. Said he really like doing the books and everything asked of him. Was like talking to a friend but had just met him. He is a wonderful asset for the company and deserves accolades from them and deserves everything available to have him a long term employee. The people I drove for paid for my room so I won't be on any check in information. L. Miller paid. I was in rm #202. Myself and 2 Amish couples stayed here night of May 15 with a 11 pm. check in time. Suites were very comfortable and clean. I'm tall and my bed was the first one I've EVER had long enough bedding that actually came up all the way to my neck. My comfort level.”

“It's my favorite place for me and my family. It only needs small maintenance details that have not been fixed for years. Like the water guns, there are about 5 damaged. The handles of entering the pool or leaving that are the same are a little loose. But it's a lot of fun to play with the water guns and it's uncomfortable that not all of them work.”

““We stayed at the Weathervane Motor Court this weekend while visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre to see Joshua. Our stay at the Weathervane was exceptional! The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were coming home. This place is truly a hidden gem. The rates are very reasonable, and the hospitality is second to none. We highly recommend the Weathervane Motor Court to anyone visiting the area.”

“Love coming to Pennsylvania. First time to Paradise, but will definitely come back. A few weeks back my sister-in-law lost her keys in parking lot & had gone on to Emma's Popcorn. The woman at front desk was able to find them & drove the keys to her! That us what we call service! While we were visiting the gal who checked us in was fantastic, she answered all our questions & provided us service above the norm!! Everyone was friendly & very helpful. Highly recommend staying at your hotel.”

“It seemed funny the only bad reviews on here are from people who didn't stay here, but instead wanted to get onto private property to trespass and were denied... We stayed for 4 nights here this week. If we could have given 6 stars, we would. The cabin was great, grounds were nice and quiet, with wildlife. Location great... in the heart of activities. Elaine doesn't have a menu to choose from, but she has a serious gift for outstanding array of excellent food... both taste and variety. A pleasure to stay here, and we will be back!”

“Stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding at Drumore Mill. Very happy with our stay. From check-in to check-out, we have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We were surprised at how big the room was. Every employee we met or passed in the halls were friendly. Each morning, we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The egg white veggie omelet and turkey sausage were delicious. Loved the assortment of juices offered as well as breads/bagels. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit all the attractions around Strasberg. It's just around the corner from great shops and great eateries, as well as the Strasburg Railroad and the railroad museum.”

“The hotel was very clean. The layout of the room was planned very well. The lady that checked is in was very polite and greeted us everytime we passed. The MOD was exceptional. Taking time to make us feel welcomed with warm conversation. I loved that the hot tub was open until 11. There's a sheetz really close too. Will definitely be back.”

“Here for a work trip- stayed in the villa in a king suite with kitchenette sitting area with fireplace and extra room with bunk beds it was clean , quiet , great parking , loved the walkways and landscaping! Nice amenities very luxurious! Resort in a great location accessible to lots of attractions and easy in and out . Restaurants on site, Super comfortable definitely recommend !”

“This Hotel is really cool. It's old and traditional with artwork all over on display and for sale. It would be nice if the breakfast opened before 0630. Room cleaning only consisted of replacing towels. It was definitely worth the stay though. It's close to everything and the experience of staying in a hotel like this was cool.”

“For the price of 150–170, it’s a very nice place to stay. First, you have AC and a nice bathroom, so that’s almost 5 stars, but I put 4 stars for the rooms because the bed sheets were a little thin and somewhat uncomfortable, but that’s an opinion. Second, the pool was very nice and relaxing, so was the hot tub. It was the perfect temperature throughout the stay. Third, the location was great; not crowded or loud. The trees were nice as well. Overall ill still stand on 5 stars”

“The Imperial Event Center at the Holiday Inn was the perfect way to end our wedding night. Having a ballroom available from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am gave everyone a place to keep the celebration going after the reception. Guests were still buzzing with energy, and the space allowed everyone to relax, laugh, play games, and reconnect late into the night. It also gave us the chance to spend meaningful time with guests we hadn’t been able to chat with earlier, which meant a lot to us. The pizza and drinks were a hit, and the room was the perfect size for our group. It felt comfortable, casual, and easy, exactly what a late-night after party should feel like, especially when it’s right in the same hotel where everyone is staying. Beyond the after party itself, we truly appreciated the entire hotel experience. From smooth check-ins to breakfast and overall accommodations, our guests felt welcome and well taken care of throughout the weekend. Having everything in one place made the weekend seamless and stress-free. We’re very grateful to the Imperial Event Center and Holiday Inn team for helping make our wedding weekend so special.”

“Enjoyed my visit here. My organization had a conference here. Stayed 2 nights. Conference rooms were fine, comfortable. Food served was good and staff was friendly and helpful. I made good use of the gym one morning. Well stocked everything worked although I recommend instructions for using the Mirror. Beds were comfortable, several of our group agreed on this. It takes awhile for the shower to heat up but it gets there. My room had a fridge and coffee and tea service. Staff was very helpful in helping me and my roommate split the bill. Not always easy The hotel is right in downtown. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.”

“This location is our go to when we stay in the Lancaster area . Breakfast is always amazing with lots of variety. This time the kids really enjoyed the chocolate milk addition. We really enjoyed the goodie gift bags upon checking in. We just wish that every member in our party would have gotten a goodie bag. Upon checking into our room, we noticed that our AC unit was very noisy. When we asked the front desk to change our room, they told us that upon request per Managment , that the maintenance staff had to go in check it out. It turned out that we needed another room in the end anyways, because it could not be fixed. We wish that instead of having to take our baby and toddler up and down from the room ,to the front desk multiple times, that it could have just been changed upon request ,so that was a slight inconvenience. In addition, the front desk staff Joelle and Madison were so helpful during our stay. They were professional, attentive ,and were very kind. When we requested for toiletries and other amenities, via the app we waited nearly 45 minutes and nobody got in contact with us . I ended up calling the front desk and within 15 minutes , they were provided to us. During my day, I actually became hypoglycemic, and when I informed the staff at the front desk, they actually provided me with a bag full of sweets. I found that to be very generous , thoughtful, and very helpful. They made our stay with our baby and toddler bearable, and I am so appreciative for all of their assistance. We will be back at this location again ,the next time we will be in town.”

“When I book this online I was thinking low class but I was extremely surprised, very nice rooms, the room was clean no holes anywhere ,carpet was clean, room had no musty smell, air conditioner and heat works great. The only fall back I found was the rail in the bathroom came loose. the sink is lower than a normal sink would be but it was very nice. The nighttime guy is extremely nice, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is coffee or apple juice orange juice grape juice, bagels with either butter or cream cheese, they also had a variety of muffins and danishes and stuff like that. But it was definitely worth the price that we paid which was not expensive at all. The daytime guy is really nice also. This will now be the hotel we stay in when we go back to Lancaster”

“Me and my family recently stayed here for a week. It was a very good experience from the moment we walked in. Jay was at the front desk to check us in and was incredibly kind and helpful he helped us bring our luggage to our room. He was always available for whatever our needs were. He even knew our names after the very first day. The kids loved the indoor heated pool and the game room. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms which had plenty of space comfortable beds very comfortable place with a nice balcony. All in all a great day and a great hotel. One small complaint is the breakfast buffet that we paid for is pretty much the same one we get for free or just included with the room rate at other hotels. It was fine but nothing special. Everyone from the front desk to the Starbucks counter to the people that clean the rooms all very kind I would definitely stay here again.”
