“I've gotten faucet parts at Jackson's that aren't carried at Home Depot or Lowe's. Always amazed at the inventory this little hardware store has. Staff is great and prices are reasonable.”

Everyone at the store is friendly, and there is usually at least 1 person ready to help with experience in what you need. Today, it was Dan. He knew exactly how to help and gave advice on how to complete the repair. Will be back next time I attempt to fix something.”

I'm pretty careful with my electronic tools, and am a firm believer in "buy it for life" kinds of purchases, but the warranty they offer on the above mid-grade tools is hard to beat. I will always consider the Harbor before going to the other brands.”

I was stuck between 2 models. 1 more expensive than the other and instead of trying to sell me something expensive he actually recommended something right in the middle and that’s what I purchased based off his expert advice. I will absolutely buy more equipment there when I need.”
“I drive out there from Braddock/East Pgh. Prices are reasonable. True building supply yard. Staff always goes above and beyond to help w/ material specs and loading. They can even accommodate if using an atypical vehicle to load sand (5) buckets for smaller jobs.”

“If I need an odd or end, this community hardware store has everything my house needs because they know the builders and have the name brands our builders used for a lot of what we need. If you want a drill, or something higher end I would recommend going to Home Depot, but for the odds and ends in your life it's the best spot! Plus, they give a 10% off military discount which makes it easier on your wallet and saves you some gas to drive to another hardware store!”
“My wife bought a desk here. Unfortunately it was broken. We decided to return it because it wasn't functional as we had to put it together. I was worried about not being able to return it. I looked at the website and it said we could. We got to the store 30 minutes before they closed, and they helped us get it out of the car and gave us a full refund. Suffices to say don't worry about them giving you an attitude or the rundown here. They are all very helpful and super appreciative of their customers. “I got everything I needed today and it was great. But just seems like there are always a ton of people working and you can't find someone when you need them. And there are never enough check out stations open. We shop here at least twice a month. And anytime you ask the staff for help, they drop what they are doing and help ... love that! Open more lanes and you'd be a 5 star every day!”

“Me and my 10yo son were at the store today and he wanted a kids wooden toy kit. After walking around for 20 minutes trying to find one we asked the gentleman in the electrical department (I wish I got his name) but he went way out of his way to get my son a kit. This is why I spend 10s of thousands of dollars a year at Home Depot and will continue doing so. Thank You it made his day as he loves building thing's. Have never had a bad interaction with any employee here they are always helpful”
