“Was there 1/27/24. Your worker jenn did a great job and was extremely helpful, and polite to all the customers. Cleanest DG store I have ever been in. Keep up the great job!!”

“Down-home country store, with very friendly people. And a surprisingly complete selection of good and functional food for such a small and unassuming place; phenomenal fried chicken and assorted warm dishes, fabulous baked goods, nice selection of lunch and supper meats, cold sandwiches and sides, wide array of dry goods, dairy, fresh fruit, sodas, snacks, cigs and lottery. You can actually manage a family menu without going anywhere else.”

“Dollar General stores are like your kids: you love them to death, so you have to pretend that every song you hear them sing is the best ear candy in the world. But secretly, you just want their voices to be something tangible so you can throw them into the corn fields for all eternity. That's how I feel about Dollar General. Everything seems like a rip off, but chances are, it's the only store within proximity to my temporary house, so I have to like what they have. Otherwise, I'd be freeloading off my neighbor's fridge like I always did before.I'm glad the employees here aren't my children, or else they'd be getting kicked to the moon. The one looked like the devil infested his soul as his facial expression makes Droopy look excited. I'm not buying a $5 bag of Doritos here ever again. Toodles.”

“Good variety. Excellent meat and produce sections. Deli counter workers are polite and quick. Good hot foods too. Prices are reasonable. Small town personality beats the big box store.”

“This is a good DG. They have a large stock of supplies, many seasonal items, food stuff, health and beauty products. DG is the best place for paper products too.”

“typical Dollar general....as I've said from day one since I started doing reviews they need to have fresh produce especially through the summer months give the local farmers there due.... offer some fresh produce to the folks so we don't have to go to places like county market that kill you price wise.”

“I was just in the paring lot. They don't have enough handicap parking spots. This store is set up for university students. Not for the handicap or senior citizens.”

“Was in town and needed groceries. For me, its nice going to giant eagle and have the same experience. (I did have to wear a mask) but everything else was the same. Got my produce, milk, eggs, icecream, chips, peanut butter etc like I've always had. Prices are a bit higher but staff do their job. I worked their in school. And see the staff working like i did. So for me i appreciate being able to get my groceries and check out like normal. They have some self check outs too. Which i do like to use. But only when i have 12 items or less etc. Easy choice to great groceries and get out quick enough that i dont feel the need to eat a bag of chips while waiting in line.”
