I come into this location and it was ZERO down for my new Samsung Galaxy 24 Plus Ultra. I'm so happy and excited about my new phone! Cudos Chelten Ave! I'll be back!”
“Thank you Mike for your useful tips and helpful policy knowledge! I was interested in knowing a little more about my recent Apple Watch purchase and possibly terminate my plan. Mike gave me a few options and when I decided to return the watch he was patient and still had a smile on his face. He mention since it was shipped to me (ordered online from a T-Mobile store) and within the 14days of purchase I could avoid a restocking fee, have a label emailed to me, and the plan could be cancelled the same day! So I called 611 right there and then and it was all true! I even received a refund for the taxes I paid on it. Thank you Mike for your patience, useful knowledge, and willingness to help!”

“I'd rather go to the dentist then get a new phone because of how hard it is to set up, and yet Jacob made it so easy!
First, he explained that this process had been greatly enhanced in the three years since I bought my last phone. Who knew?! WOW was he right. (Verizon, that info should be widely shared with all customers...people like me wouldn't hesitate then!)
And I appreciated him offering to put on my screen protector and case. The little things matter. He took his time and answered all my questions.
I chose to wait in a very busy store and the person who checked me in explained I could set up an appt., but I waited. I explained I had a doctor's appt. and had to be out within 45 minutes and when it was my turn, I was.
Today I went back with a couple of questions and was the only customer in the store at 9:00 am.
Roxanne was able to answer my few quick questions, and explained that 611 would have the technical expertise I needed. She was right! (I called Verizon and they had to transfer me to the Samsung helpdesk...and even he had trouble finding the missing microphone. I would like credit for the update that will probably now go out to millions of phones!)
Bottom line. This is a very well managed store run by very competent employees!”

“The Staff here were Great! We came here to purchase a phone as an upgrade and we were greeted as soon as we came in and there was a Security Guard present for safety! The Staff that assisted Us, really took his time and walked us thru everything before we made a purchase! He showed Us how to transfer the phone number and gave us the contact number and codes to get it done! What I liked most about them was they showed us our best option and not what was more expensive! When we completed our purchase, we only had what we needed, and that was good because when purchasing a phone and service things can get costly!”

I have used their services several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they needed to climb through the attic to run a new cable for a speaker to the new amplifier.
