He checked for promotions and discounts, explained why our bill has been high for so long, and was actually able to resolve our bill issues.10/10”

“I never write reviews but had to!Came to this store to put my grandmother on a new line, with her being older-and non experienced in cell phones I thought why not go to Verizon right down the street from her. As soon as we stepped foot into the store we were greeted so nicely. I usually don’t go to phone stores but New Britain went above and beyond my expectations. We were helped by a girl named Skylar and she was just amazing! Breaking everything down for me and my grandmother, making sure we got everything we needed and just overall was a pleasant experience. I’ve never in my 30 years experienced such amazing customer service! Thank you so much.”

“Recently went to this TMobile location to make multiple changes to my account and to get a new phone. The mobile expert Victor Burgos-Cotto was extremely helpful and patient with all the switches that needed to be made to my account. He even called back days later to ensure that the changes that could not be finished instore that same day were able to get completed and ensured custumer satisfaction. I could not asked for better service. We even got some hot pink lunch bags! If I ever need to go to a TMobile location again, this one would be my first pick.”
“I personally do not find joy having to ever visit a cellphone service store. From experience w/other stores I felt like it was all about a sale & the pressure to close a deal before leaving was just stressful. However, after visiting this location I can honestly say moving forward this will be my primary location for all things Tmobile. The associates were kind and patient. They understood my past experiences & made sure to turn it around. Looking around, the store was busy, but everyone multitasked. The store was clean. I don't live close to this location but it deff is worth the trip for the service given.”

“The owners and employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They treat you as family. Their brands, and installation are top shelf. I have used their services several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they needed to climb through the attic to run a new cable for a speaker to the new amplifier. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. I will continue to contact them for all of my theater, and audio and video requirements. Absolutely a Five Star company!”
