“Josh Acevedo was amazing. He was so patient and kind with my parents as we were upgrading to our new phones. We originally went to upgrade to one phone but the whole family upgraded to new phones. Josh was amazing - 10/10 service!!!”
“I needed to figure out the best way to combine a personal plan (9 lines) with our business plan, as well as upgrading both of our routers. Instead of telling me I needed to call customer service and work with someone to do this over the phone, Luis spent almost 2 hours helping me through the entire process, talking on the phone with customer service and helping me find the best solution, the best promos, while still maintaining the credits on our account. I walked out of there with our plans combined, and two brand new routers (which he helped set up our routers wi-fi into seperate networks). It was so simple, he was so patient, kind and funny and the reason we will continue to return to this T-Mobile location again and again! You don't always get servce like this anymore so it was much appreciated! Thank you, Luis :)”

“I went in to Birkland Place, Easton PA. T mobile store frustrated and having a difficult challenge of dealing with a number transfer provider to provider. There were three exceptional sales representatives (I'm sorry, I should have asked all of your names) who listened to me and went extraordinarily out of their way to help resolve my issue. They connected me to the right method that worked!! I tried previously through other T mobile members but this team did what their tech team could not for 8 days, 12 calls, and two visits to a different location. This is the only location I will recommend for any mobile phone or phone needs again!! Exceptional service and care!”

Despite the trouble, the annoyance of it resetting, Eli was patient and kind and was able to get me a brand spanking new phone. From an iPhone 13 that didn’t work and would reset, to a brand new iPhone 17 pro max. Couldn’t be happier. Everyone who gave a poor review of this store clearly didn’t get Eli as their associate.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the incredible kindness we experienced here. While we were dining nearby, the restaurant’s lift was not working, which meant my elderly grandmother, who has a disability, could not access their restroom. The woman working in this shop went above and beyond to help us. She didn’t hesitate for a second. She personally took us to a different floor, unlocked a bathroom for my grandmother, assisted us, and treated her with such patience, dignity, and genuine kindness. What made this even more meaningful was that other nearby shops had refused to help us at all.
Her compassion turned a very difficult moment into a positive one, and it meant more to our family than she probably realizes. This is the kind of place that truly cares about people. I would absolutely support this business again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for your humanity and grace.”
“The team at Artistic Video and Sound did a fantastic job installing a three zone Sonos outdoor audio system as well as a beautiful array of outdoor landscape lighting for us. Very professionally done and service techs were phenomenal. They even came back out at 10:30 pm one night after install to ensure all outdoor lights were properly aimed and made adjustments as needed. Both audio and lights controlled right from apps on my phone. Highly recommend this company!!”
“Words can't express the gratitude I have for the geek squad at Quakertown Pa Best Buy. The screen of my phone broke. I have TMobile and got a new phone, but they couldn't transfer all my contacts and no pictures transferred. There was nothing they could do because I didn't upload files to Google! I was devastated! I decided to try the Geek Squad. They were able to transfer everything! Such a relief! It was only $40, which was well worth retrieving all those memories!”

“Great company and great value/job ! Connected my pool pump this year and it would trip the GFI and house panel breaker. Took motor assembly way up to Archbald PA and guy charged me to say there was nothing wrong with motor. After reconnecting motor and trying twice more...called and visited Delaware Electric Motor repair... problem was fixed in 15 minutes. No charge !! I will never go anywhere else”
