“A couple months ago I made a purchase online with Furniture Mecca and initially I had a pretty troubling experience. Due to that I left a derogatory review and rated them one star however, my issues were addressed and corrected after that post was made. I received my overcharge back and I received my product the very next date they had available. Today two months later they followed up with me on this post to apologize again and welcome any other comments or concerns I have. That is quality customer service in my eyes! Especially because I know they are a smaller company that covers a huge region of customers. They didn’t forget me and that’s a company I want to do business with. They will get down to the bottom of any issues that occur and resolve them and follow up when you least expect it. Also, I must say I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s very well put together which is hard to find in today’s furniture unless you spend a fortune. This reclining sectional I bought for my podcast room I will have for years! I fell in love with a sofa and then Shawn stepped into the picture to help get the numbers right. When we were all happy campers we signed papers shook hands and left. It was a fantastic shopping experience.”
“My only go to store that I frequent in the 3D. Mostly all other purchases other than essentials are purchased online. The price is almost always right and I usually find what I'm looking for without a problem. The store is nicely laid out and for the most part the employees are courteous and helpful. There's been a few times I was not impressed by the people at the counter but they don't seem to be there any longer. The only complaint I have is that it's always hot in there. They should get the air conditioning fixed and have it on when it's necessary.”
