“Allison drove to my home and replaced the front cracked screen on my Galaxy S9+ within a day of calling. She was on time, professional, and provided an exceptional value.”
“There were two employees behind the counter when I arrived. Both looked up and greeted me, it was a great start to our interaction.
My phone was in the river for 48 hours.
They set the expectation that they’d try to dehydrate it, but no guarantees that it would work after the cycle.
I called to follow up and they answered the phone, again another courteous interaction. My phone wasn’t quite done. I followed up again today, and it looked the phone was operational! Upon arrival we did a few more troubleshooting steps, and done! Confirmed it was working- cameras, speakers and all!
I’m happy with my experience yes because my phone works after 48 hours in the river, and also because of the customer service I received.
I don’t suggest anyone lose their phone in the river, but if it happens to you, I do recommend ubreakifix at Madison Farms.”
