“My fiancé and I went into the store yesterday because we were confused about charges on our bill and had questions about the package we have. Matthew was amazing from start to finish. He greeted us as we came in the door. He took his time and explained all of the charges and answered all of our questions. He made the necessary changes for us and also switched out our equipment and explained what we needed to do to get everything up and running. We went home and through the set up and it was easy and hassle free! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service he provided. He explained the packages but there was no pressure at all!
