“This place is amazing. 70$ for a full synthetic change. Oil filter too. Charged up my low air tires, in under 15 minutes. These guys know what they're doing and get you in and out. Can't recommend them enough.”

“Wrecked my car and needed a rental. The location I chose through my Erie insurance rep wouldn't have a vehicle available until Monday. That location said I could use any Enterprise location and to call and see if other locations would have a vehicle available sooner. I was able to get a rental the next day at the Bethel Park location. The pickup went great. I was in and out quickly. The vehicle was clean and in better condition than other rentals I've had. Sadly people beat these cars up. I opted for the extra insurance for piece of mind. Elana, the enterprise rep, went through everything with me and answered all my questions. I had one about ez-pass and she let me know to just add the vehicle to the app as a temporary rental. She was polite and professional. When I returned the vehicle I was in and out in just a few minutes. I'd definitely use Enterprise again if I need another rental. I had zero issues and a great experience dealing with the company.”

Despite booking and paying for a rental online, upon arrival at the designated pickup location, I was informed that no vehicle was available and was directed to an alternative location. At the downtown Budget office, an employee named Bacler provided exceptional assistance, ensuring I received the vehicle I had reserved. His efforts were instrumental in enabling our scheduled beach vacation departure the following day.”

“I found myself in Pittsburgh PA with no way to get back to Charleston WV. I got on line and reserved a car through Enterprise at 4099 William Penn Highway in Monroeville Pa. When I got there, there were already 6 people there (this was just before they opened at 10). When it was time for them to open an employee held the door for everyone to enter as other employees jumped to it to get customers taken care of. The car was clean and size requested, the young gentleman (who had gone to IUP (wish I had gotten his name)) checked the car over and told me exactly what to do when I returned it as the return point would be closed Saturday and Sunday. He was extremely polite and helpful. Very fast and helpful service. If you need to rent a car in Pittsburgh this is the place to go.”

“Look, Avis itself sucks just as much as any other car rental company, but this location had some of the friendliest and easiest-to-work-with people I've met. The guy behind the counter (didn't catch his name, longer hair) made everything so smooth when I was in a panic and a rush. I really appreciate that kind of thing. It's not the easiest to park at this location, but from my experience, it was easy to get assistance.
Don't try to call customer service about anything prior to renting your vehicle, it'll only make your day worse.
If the phones are busy at the location, you may be rerouted to the primary customer service line (which is staffed by people, who I can only assume are listening to like 4 calls at a time and don't really care what you're saying if it doesn't make them a commission).”
