“I called Kerrigan's because my car suddenly stopped moving. I barely got to their shop. Many of the indicator lights were on. They told me they would be able to look at it either that afternoon or next day. Within an hour of me getting home, they called and said my car was ready. Squirrel had got in and chewed wires. I have been going there for about 20 years, and have always found them to be efficient and reliable. I trust them.”

“Per the usual... Jim saved the day! I took my car to Westampton Car Wash for an oil change on a Sunday & ended up allowinf them to change my alternator on my Acura RDX. Worse decision ever! It died after 7 months & they refused to replace it or refund me. Jim replaced it & my car is running better than ever! I'll never let anyone else touch my car!”

“I like this Acme, lots of sales. Stocked shelves etc. My only gripe with ALL Acme's...GET WITH THE TIMES AND HAVE A SMALLER CART OPTION. I don't even see the baskets anymore. When I only need a few items I either have to use nothing and juggle. Or use a HUGE cart. PLEASE for the love of God. GET THE 2 TIERED SMALL CARTS. Every other super market has these now. Except Acme.”

That said, I was very impressed with my initial experience when scheduling the appointment. I was greeted at the door by Barbara, who was incredibly attentive and polite. After I explained the issues I was having with my Subaru Outback, she immediately checked with one of the mechanics. She returned quickly and confidently let me know they could take care of it. She also took the time to explain how their system provides real-time updates as work is done on the vehicle.

“Been ordering from Costello for a few years now. It's always same day or first thing next day. They always have up to date prices on their website; the account feature makes it so quick to do another order. Last time I ordered, they delivered the next day but oil prices spiked because of Middle East conflicts, and they still honored my price at the previous days rate. Who else would do that?”

“Well, the price of food just never stops inflating so I use my Giant Rewards Points for gas. And since I'm old and crippled and don't go anywhere, I usually manage to get a free, or very close to free fillup, about once every 6-7 weeks and this is my closest Giant gas station. The price seems to be approximately 10 cents higher than the lowest local competitors but,for free, it really helps”
