“This is where I do most of our grocery shopping. Very good selection, clean, great atmosphere and very well kept building. in addition there is a hardware store as part of the market. Their fresh baked items are amazing. I recommend this place.”
“I can't say enough good about Jerry's. We watch for meat sales. Their steaks are always fresh!
We love serving their kielbasa when we have out of state guests. It really is a great feeling to share such a great product when sharing our culture with friends.”
“City Market and Cafe on Memorial Highway in Dallas, Pennsylvania, is a casual restaurant with a somewhat fancy atmosphere. We arrived on time for our 6:30 reservation on a Friday evening and saw that the place was almost filled to capacity. Despite that, the noise level was subdued, even at the bar, which is centered in the dining room. The place was clean, and Amy, our server, was delightful and very helpful when asked about menu selections.Over a newly opened bottle of tasty Sauvignon Blanc, we chose a half-pound of Buffalo Bites as an appetizer, which are fresh cut, lightly dusted tender chicken chunks in a spicy, flavorful Cajun sauce. The dish was very satisfying, and we were pleased that we had enough left over to take home. The Mac & Cheese, with a house-made Cooper cheese blend, Cavatappi pasta, and a breadcrumb crust, was also delicious. The cheese was rich, smooth and creamy, and the pasta was served al denteThe Roasted Beet Salad, with beets, orange segments, arugula, candied walnuts, fennel slaw, greens, and a balsamic glaze, was fine; nevertheless, with all those ingredients, it didn’t pack the flavor as one would imagine. Also somewhat disappointing was the veal parmesan with penne. The veal was good enough, although the sauce wasn’t very tangy, and the breading and mozzarella cheese easily slipped off the veal. It appeared as if the dish was pulled out of a freezer and placed in a microwave oven before being brought to the table. After our meals, we decided to skip dessert and just finish the wine. Despite our fantastic server and soothing atmosphere, we departed a bit unimpressed. The chicken bites and Mac & cheese were great, but the salad and veal parmesan, although not horrible, did miss their marks, reminding me of dishes served at a nondescript family restaurant.”
“You can’t beat the great quality + amazing prices on their meat. Porketta burgers are incredible
Awesome and friendly place to grab groceries, smokes, drinks, & more. Hidden gem with in house made kielbasa”
“This store is great for quick pickup of snacks bread and milk as well as cigarettes vapes juices and a multitude of legal products like Delta 8 and kratom and smoking accessories. Tobacco tubes papers rollers bowls and bongs etc”
“Stopped today for the first time since the takeover.. it was a breath of fresh air...everything looked very nicely displayed...fresh, plentiful. The employees were very helpful. No complaints from me! I don't buy premade food or lunchmeat ... so i dont pay attention. I did notice they got cart corrals!!! Everything was good in my book!!”

“Awesome c-store!! Owner is really nice and friendly. The lady's that work there are always humble and have a smile. Prices are what you would expect for any c-store but... smokes are slightly cheaper and gas is always a few cents lower then most the other guys out there. Made it my go-to for the small stuff!!”
“Easy shopping with a well stocked array of goods and interesting customers and check out crewThis place gets better with a nicely mixed selection of groceries in addition it is never overcrowdedEarly morning and daytime shopping best if you are older”
“Dg in nanticoke is my go too, they have just about everything in a small stire, except a good selection of outfits like other dollar generals but, they do have clothing. The staff are very personable and always ready to help even when short staffed. what brings me back time n time again other than the pure convenience of living close is the prices on their food and products.”

“It is a nice store with very similar prices to Gerrity's on San Souci. They have a club card too, but the items are pretty cheap even without the card. Gerrity's has great prices, but you NEED the club card or it isn't even worth it. The card is simple to get for savings. The lines are quick and staff friendly. It has a pharmacy and sells a lot of things besides groceries. I recommend it if close by the area. It is usually busy, but has fast service and a lot of check out lines.”
“I live just right near this place so I usually come in every now and then to pick up a drink and some chips, maybe the occasional beer or two. Suffice to say, this place is clean as hell, pretty stocked, and the people are always chill and friendly, they've never failed to make me feel welcomed! 10/10 - Would recommend!”

“I got off interstate 81 following the sign for a gas station and ended up here. Interesting spot for sure, unique merchandise including bitcoin! I was very pleasantly surprised with the clean bathroom.
You have to ask do use it and I assume it’s only for customers.
The gas pump looks a bit antiquated and did not give me a receipt.”
“Very convenient local supermarket. It has the same produce as a much larger Weis 2 miles away, but it is always less crowded, cleaner, and the aisles are wider. We try to go here unless we need a specialty item. Recommend it.”
“My regular place to shop for groceries due to location/close to home. Typically we'll stocked. Prices are a bit higher than other stores. Would love to see improvement with employees near self check registers being more attentive when help is needed and not always standing around talking to each other rather than paying attention when customers need assistance.”
“Haven't shopped at DG in a while since the Nasty treatment I received from the staff in Wyalusing, but Genifer made me feel so Welcomed and provided Great Customer Service. She was patient and very helpful with a warm conversation. Outstanding Job.”
“This store is what Every town needs. It has just a little bit of everything and more you forgot about. From affordable snacks and pantry staples when you might be in a pinch to affordable crystal and clothing, pet items, do it yourself housing organizers, tools galore and my personal favorite the best little knick knacks or thinking of you gifts for any occasion. Aside from having anything from eye hooks to oreos and phone chargers i must say the amazing prices almost bring back the days when a dollar would get you more then just one item. Believe it or not the experience gets better when interacting with the two women that run the store as they are friendly, kind, and most definitely generous with everything including their patience with my autistic 18 month old. A must see to believe kinda store, not many like it anymore so don't miss out.”

“What a great store to stop in to for fresh coffee and some good breakfast. All the be employees were so friendly. Well stocked and very clean. I go there everyday, no other Turkey Hill could compare!!”
“Never had an issue. Though as a local, they see me often and have come to know me. Very polite people in my experience, and just don't tolerate people who want to take ages to do simple matters. Also, they're not local, so their mannerisms seem curt and perfunctory but in reality aren't meant on any way. I've had days where they seemed utterly miserable, yet they'd allow me to forget about a dollar here or there. More akin to a "mom and pop" store than the faceless corpo trash places you find normally. A little patience and politeness goes a long way with this store.”
“Service was very good, greatly quickly and sat down immediately. Waitress Courtney was very friendly, we ordered chicken cheesesteak hoagie and a chicken parmesan hoagie. Music was a little loud at first but then it was turned down a little. Overall very good.”
“Little messy at times but Love the place anyways. Has all the essentials you need. Plus, you have to love the $1 isle. It is my favorite isle, never no what you will find there for just $1.”
“The new premier mini market in the twp. Always thought of turkey hill being expensive but with inflation I prefer to have a fresh choice and fountain soda or 1 and change. The staff is friendly and helpful....and they view us as people not like a dollar sign. So do I have to tell you why the .lot is full everytime I go by?”
“I got there 5 minutes before they closed and the workers were still very friendly and did not rush me out the door. I found everything that I went in there to get and better yet I found it all in the dollar aisle. I'll definitely be back.”
“Everything was easy to find, and even though the system was down the cashier agreed to try with my card and was so helpful. It looks a little rundown on the outside but the customer service was great.”
“Came to the area for some business. Couldn't believe the way the other customers were behaving. Throwing things on the floor. Ringling the bell repeatedly. The customer service by the female cashier, was on point. I couldn't do what she did. Smile, and do what she needed. I would have flipped. She remained calm and composed. The idio% left. The cashier, greeted me, and then helped me find what I was looking for. Definitely impressed.”
“People who are saying it’s messy, should look at their fellow customers. Many items get opened / tossed to the side when a customer no longer wants it, or they only want a taste of the product without paying. The cashiers are very nice here, and I think they’re doing a very good job with how short staffed they are right now ❤️”
“All the Usual items you expect to find at a convenience store, Coffee, Tea, Milk, Softdrinks, Ice Cream bars, and Snacks. Plus Beer And Wine, Patrick's Foodmart got that.”
