The whole team is super cool to work with; they have a plethora of knowledge about what best fits your needs and they are willing to show you every budgetary option available with zero judgement. They were even able to get my ole reliable work boots resoled, even though they were told it couldn’t be done; John came up with a solution and handled everything, including updates on the status of my boots. “Terri helped me while I was there to pick up a shirt for an engagement party. (I ended up with a shirt pants and a compression shirt) She was so kind and helpful, the store had a great selection she didn’t oversell the items in store which was great cause that can usually be very overwhelming . I ended up do the true fit scan and Terri explained how everything worked I can’t wait to come back and find more pieces for my closet!!”

“I love this place! I first discovered it a couple of years ago when I needed good running shoes, and I’ve been going back ever since. This year, I even took both of my kids to the store. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. They really know their stuff and do it well.Before you’re measured, they ask you to walk normally to assess your gait. Then, they measure your feet and offer a selection of three different brands to choose from. If you have a preference for a specific brand, you can discuss it with the store rep.I like to ask a lot of questions about running shoes, and I always get great answers. There’s never any pressure to buy the most expensive shoes or anything like that. I highly recommend this store to all runners. It’s a great experience every time!”

“Went to this store last evening to get new shoes for work as they were the only one in the area carrying the shoes I wanted in my size. I was immediately greeted by Sue Wack at the front registers and she directed me to the aisles I needed to go to. Upon selecting the shoes and getting ready to check out, I saw the deal they were running on socks, but none seemed to be in my size. This woman went to the back of the store to see if they had any more in the store, but to no avail. She was personable, and very patient with my 2 year old son that was curious about everything in the store. I'd highly recommend going here if you're looking for shoes and a level of customer service that I thought was long gone.”

“I visited the Boot N Shoot boutique shop this past weekend with my husband to find a supportive, comfortable pair of boots.
I have a connective tissue disease, that causes some mobility issues, and weak and painful feet and ankles. Shoe shopping is not something I enjoy due to this. The owner Mariana was such a breath of fresh air!
Shopping at her boutique felt like shopping with a good girlfriend! She was SO welcoming, warm, and helpful. She was just lovely!
She spent so much time with me, listened to my concerns, and successfully helped me find the perfect pair.
The boots I selected are both cute and comfortable! (so supportive I was able to walk around for hours that evening at Peddlers a village without any discomfort!)
I purchased my wedding boots at this boutique back in 2020 and I can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve returned. I definitely will be back very soon! I will attach photos of my new boots and my wedding boots!”

“The staff at this location are very kind, welcoming, and approachable! Not even 5 seconds in the door and I was greeted with a compliment on my head wrap☺️. I found everything I was looking for quick and easy, and was especially happy with my size being in stock. There were staff members on the floor and ready to help if needed, and when it was time to check out, there was not a long wait; I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. This is my first time at this location, I’d normally go to the Parkside location because I’m from West Philly and it’s just convenient. I like this location waaaay better, everything about it is better than Parkside! Here’s a picture of one of three styles I purchased‼️”

I was looking for a specific outfit for a bachelorette party and I gave her an inspo pic and she immediately went out her way to help.
