“I had a great experience at the United States Postal Service in Imperial, PA. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful with my shipping needs. The process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how organized everything was. It’s clear they work hard to keep things running well. Highly recommend this location for reliable and courteous service!”

5234 Thoms Run Road, Presto PA 15142
“I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this USPS location on Thoms Run Rd! Lisa and Mishelle are absolute assets to this branch. Every time I come in, they are professional, super friendly, and incredibly helpful with all my shipping needs. It is rare to find a post office where the staff genuinely goes out of their way to help customers, but these two do it every single time. They always greet everyone with a smile and make the whole experience quick and pleasant. If you need to ship anything in Presto, this is the place to go. Thank you, Lisa and Mishelle!”

700 Washington Avenue, Bridgeville PA 15017
“Any jokes about post office inefficiency do not apply to this location. My wife and I went here to get our first passports. We expected this to be a long process. It wasn't. Mark, the clerk who helped us, actually had us finished before the time our appointment was scheduled for. I'm glad this is my Post Office.”

“Good post office, does everything a small town post office can do. Not their fault if customers are in dead end jobs that don't allow flexible lunch hours, like that other "guide" who left a 1 star review.”

1020 Merchant Street, Ambridge PA 15003
“Never had a bad experience here. All the tellers are nice and pleasant to deal with. The employees seem to genuinely enjoy their job and go out of their way to make customers happy. Parking is a little on the smaller side but I have never not gotten a spot.”

110 West Barr Street, McDonald PA 15057
“No issues...always get the help I need. I do occasionally get mail for people who have lived here in the past (I return it if important or trash it if junk). Side note: Can't blame the mailman for delivering what is sent my way even if it's junk - deal with whoever is sending it.”

101 Union Avenue, Oakdale PA 15071
“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

1140 Thorn Run Road, Coraopolis PA 15108
“We love this office. All employees here are so nice friendly and accommodating taurine, Sarah, Ben, especially Mr George my kids love him. Thank you for your service.”

914 5th Avenue, Coraopolis PA 15108
“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”

521 Thorn Street, Sewickley PA 15143
“The team at the Sewickley Post Office is always friendly, efficient, and helpful. Every visit is quick and smooth, whether I’m mailing packages, buying stamps, or picking up mail. The staff takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is done right, and they do it all with a smile. The location is clean, organized, and well-run. I truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service—makes coming here a pleasure every time!”

1936 Park Manor Boulevard, Montour PA 15244
“I love this 24hr lobby. You can buy stamps, get packages scanned in, buy postage for letters and packages. But.... I sell some stuff online & went there to put in the bigger package accepting mechanism and some idiot put in a package, I'm guessing, that was too big and jammed it. So needless to say I could not put my package in because it would not open fully without getting caught on something. Other than that I would just wish they had a closer location to me. But it's nice to be able to go all hours of the night!”
