“In the process of starting a new job and moving to Irwin and my husband had trouble with truck starting. I am still in NY and Not knowing anyone called the shop as soon as they opened. They were so helpful, gave us a tow truck number, got the truck in the same day, diagnosed it and fixed it. This shop stayed an hour past close to help us be able to get the truck fixed in the same day so work could continue on the next business day. Needless to say we have found our new Machanic before finding our new home. Beyond grateful for everyone at this shop and how caring of people they are. Can’t think you enough for all your help!!!”

“Great experience purchasing my 19 Kia Sorento. I made sure it was available before driving down as it was over 2hrs each way to look at the vehicle. Ryan White was very responsive in letting me know it was available. He reserved the vehicle for me to be sure I wouldn’t waste the drive. He came outside as soon as we arrived and went over the details over the vehicle. Went on a test drive on back roads as I hate Pittsburgh traffic! Went over all my preapproval payments and made sure I was comfortable where we would be with payments. He was very thorough with everything! Once he got us to financing he got my new car cleaned up and got us on the road! I would absolutely but from Jim Shorkey Kia again and ask for Ryan!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Hahntown Automotive and Dane. On a 97-degree day, I was driving my brother home after a medical procedure in his vehicle, which unfortunately had no air conditioning. Less than two miles from his house, we had a complete tire blowout.
By pure luck, we were able to pull into Hahntown Automotive. Dane immediately came to our rescue. He replaced the blown tire with the spare in about 15 minutes and even ordered a new tire for us right away.
Dane is a true professional—fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. His work ethic is incredible, and he turned what could have been a miserable, stressful experience into one that was quick and reassuring.

“Rich is the best! He gave me a 2nd opinion when Pep Boys failed my inspection saying I needed 4 new tires. Rich looked at my tires and found zero issues. He called the pep boys and spoke to the manager. They had me come back in and magically found d nothing wrong with my tires. Rich wouldn't even accept any money for his time AND he called me later to check that the pep boys did the right thing. He’s got a customer for life! So nice to know there are still good people out there!”

“I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”

“This auto shop is top-notch. Seems like they can fix anything and their prices are fair. They've done work on both of our vehicles which are older now. No need to go to the dealership anymore. I used to drive over from West Mifflin to get ethanol-free gas from Campbells not knowing that one day this place would become my go to shop for auto repair once moving to North Huntingdon. They also have loaner vehicles available which is incredible. Can't say enough good things about Campbells.”
