“I will always go to Brenda’s after my experience yesterday!! I brought in my vacuum - wasn’t working on carpets. Brenda was welcoming and told me she’d call me later on about what might be going on. She called and told me she wouldn’t charge me because I just had it on the wrong setting (lol). When I went to pick it up she showed me what was going on and wouldn’t let me pay her for her time. Please bring any vacuum related business to Brenda - she’s honest and thoughtful and deserves our business!”
“Very helpful & courteous staff, no pressure, and a good selection, we were interested in Thermador appliances, and we did not have to ask about the special BOGO the manufacturer was offering, it was posted in the store. There was no run around. Our salesperson Judy did not try to upsell us an expensive warranty or anything else. We went to 5 stores, ABC was, by far, the best. You don't hear as much about them as you do some of the others, and I don't know why. We got straight talk, and a decent deal. They also deliver, install, and service what they sell.”
“Michelle helped me find a part which I cannot find anywhere else because it’s for a really old hydrant and the part is probably out of production. She helped me order it from the other Ferguson branch. Although it took a few days for the part to be delivered to West Chester, it’s worth the wait because the part fits my outdoor hydrant perfectly. This is a good store.”

“This is a great place to get ideas. Some things are online only, but there is a lot to see here in the showroom. We did not make an appointment, but Christina was so friendly, helpful, and full of knowledge, and she helped us anyway after her last appointment ended. We were able to get a really great sale price on the item we were shopping for, and she followed up to make sure we were able to place the order.”
“(5 stars for what it is, not 5 stars compared to a NEW appliance store of course) We've purchased two refrigerators from H & N. Yes, they were a little older models, but very generously sized and very very cold. I think both were about $280 a few years apart. They delivered on time and were very courteous. Would recommend and would go back!”

“Spoke with Ed very friendly man. Explain my old washer wasn't working. He said he had to check what he had for what I was looking for. Picked a washer up today and like all men had to use it or play with it when I had it hooked up. Completely satisfied with the company and Ed. I did speak with his father and will be coming back when I need any other appliances.”
