I’ve called them from Virginia, Michigan, Jersey, with car issues & they’ve walked me thru telling the other service company what needs not to be done so I’m not ripped off in another state. “Nothing but praise for the team at United Tire of Phoenixville. I took my recently purchased, high-mileage, '06 CRV in for some trouble I was experiencing while driving it. It sounded loud and it drove rough, it took forever to accelerate, and it was burning gas like a 16-wheeler. The team looked it over and gave me two possible causes and estimates. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me, and answered all my questions. I don't know much about cars and I've never had to deal with an older, high-mileage vehicle, so I was particularly anxious about the safety of the car. Jake and Bob were so friendly and helpful when they walked me through what to be paying attention to and how to take care of the car after I got it fixed. I took it back to fix the exhaust system and after the repairs the car drives damn near like new! At least a lot smoother and quieter than it did before UToP replaced the exhaust. It's been a week since that repair and I've experienced no other issues; the car runs beautifully. The 12,000 mile/1year warranty on the work performed gives me peace of mind that if anything does go wrong with the exhaust in that time frame, I can go back to this team and they'll take care of my vehicle. On top of their great work ethic and solid repair, these guys are just super friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. When you walk in, they make you feel like you're going to get your car fixed by your buddy of 10 years, even if they've just met you. Amazing customer service. To everyone at UToP, thank you for your hard work. My only regret is that I don't live in Phoenixville to make this location my dedicated shop!”

“This shop and the mechanic (sorry I forgot to ask his name) are extraordinary (I mean it). First of all, they are very busy, with a lot of customers. That says something. I went there to replace a leaky tire. The mechanic does not behave like other staff in other shop - he waved me to go to him to quickly explain my need (as I said, they are very busy!). Before this shop, 2 other shops had told me that the leak was unfixable so a new tire was needed, and they did not have the new tire (a scenario sounds familiar to many in many such shops). At this shop, the mechanic did a quick check, told me that it's fixable, and took less than 5 minutes to put a plug into the leak, and sent me to leave without paying any. What?! Can you believe it? For many years I have been used to being overcharged by mechanic shops for repairs or oil changes that I don't trust, but this one... Wow.
Initially I ddin't believe such a simple fix would work, but after few weeks we have driven the car on highway for many hundreds of miles now.
This shop and the mechanic are really extraordinary.”
“I had such a good experience with this shop! I originally took my car to Bob Fisher for a patch that was needed on the inner wall of a tire. They inspected it and told me it was unable to be fixed and that I would need to spend $500 on two new tires…. My grandfather used to work on cars and told me ahead of time that my tread was fine and all I needed was a patch.
We called Bradley’s and they advised me to bring it in ASAP. I went in two days later first thing in the morning. They patched it up in under 45 mins (if that) for $26! The staff was very friendly, quick, and didn’t mention needing new tires anytime soon. I will be back for any tire issues in the future!”

“TPMS system was giving me an error message on my vehicle. As a previous customer, I stopped by the Kimberton location and they were able to check the units immediately. Within an hour the failed units were replaced and I was on my way. Now, have a three year warranty on those units. The fourth one they replaced in Feb 2026.
