“I have been in the KOP store several times and finally decided it was time to purchase a few shirts. The fit was spot on. Not being the tallest guy, they fit perfectly and the quality of the shirts is on Par with other major brands such as Ralph Lauren for an example.
What was the best part was the attention the staff showed. They took their time, making sure I was comfortable in the size and the cut of the button ups (slim vs regular).
The manager (Violet) was a pleasure to work with. By far the best experience shopping I have ever had and Violet made sure that all shirts were steamed as I had mentioned I was going to dinner that night and was unsure which of my awesome new shirts I would choose.
I recommend taking the time to at least walk in the store and give them a go. You won’t be disappointed.”

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We were shopping for suits for my boyfriend, and Rayna Tatem went above and beyond. She guided us through colors, styles, and fit with such expertise—it was honestly impressive how much we learned during the process. The suits fit perfectly right off the rack, which I couldn’t believe.
What truly stood out was the level of service Rayna provided. It felt comparable to luxury experiences you’d expect at high-end stores like YSL or Chanel. She didn’t just help us in-store—she made the entire process seamless. Since inventory is limited in-store, she built our online cart for us, making checkout effortless.
Even after the purchase, her support didn’t stop. I was able to stay in touch with her via email, which is rare unless you’re shopping at a true luxury retailer. When UPS lost our shipment, I reached out to Rayna—and she immediately stepped in, contacted UPS, and resolved the issue the same day. I was genuinely blown away.
It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel heard and takes ownership to fix an issue so quickly. Because of Rayna, I’m now a loyal Bonobos customer. The suits are exceptional in quality and fit, and the service is simply unmatched.

“Recently lost some weight and am planning a night out soon with a friend. My old “going out” clothes are… yea. They’ve seen better days. So I needed some new options for long sleeved fashionable men’s attire that would still go with jeans. Not super formal, but I want to crank things up a notch, ya know? Anyway, I told all this to the employee working here and she helped pick out all sorts of things for me to try on! Another employee even helped me later when it came to my fashion questions… classic things I get tripped up on like to button or not button the top? Undershirt or no undershirt? V-Neck?
