“L.L. Bean is just simply the best store out there. I wish there were locations everywhere, but this one in particular was great. It did seem to be a little behind in stock in terms of having the newest product in store in comparison to other stores we had been to, but it’s all still amazing products. The store has a great layout and was clean and well kept.”

Charlie was so incredibly helpful, I wish I got the name of the other associate who helped my husband look at different suits. Charlie was insightful and helped me find over $100 in rewards (in my account) to help bring down the cost of my total purchase. They gave us refreshments as we shopped. I have shopped at Banana Republic for over 10 years and it was the best shopping experience I’ve had at a Banana Republic.”

“I would rate this Allen Edmonds store, especially this store and its assistant store manager Tim Fournier, as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory at an in-person retail store. As a newer Allen Edmonds shoe wearer with little to no experience wearing these types of shoes, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and subject matter expertise by the store's assistant manager, Tim Fournier. For someone who is used to wearing dress shoes from Walmart, this was a significant change for me. Tim made it easy by providing honest options of shoes and colors based on my daily needs. He also provided ways to maintain my shoes in ways I had no idea. You would be surprised by some of the differences in wearing real leather shoes! The outfit was very comfortable and boosted my confidence to fully relax and enjoy the occasion.Judah helped with my orders and is really great to talk with.Brent was also very personable and helpful with my orders.My experience was so good I took the plunge on creating a "Passport" for all my measurements and order three made to measure 3 piece suits and an overcoat. Raul was fantastic to work with through the entire process.The staff are so extremely well dressed, welcoming and very personable that they are easily memorable and the store itself is comforting despite the daunting choices.I am updating my wardrobe with Suitsupply. If you go ask for Joe, not that their other sales people aren’t great too(shout out to Damon he was great too) but believe me joe is the store manager and he is the real deal. Let him do his thing, he will get you in the perfect fitting pants/jacket/dress shirt. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but at the same time not pushy at all. I will definitely be back.”

“I went to YSL purely to measure and try on a jacket I was going to buy second hand. I expected to have this request met by stuffy individuals like most high luxury retail stores. However, on this day my wife and I caught Stephen and he was an absolute delight to work with…to the point where I purchased the jacket retail. He was so chill, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to purchase anything. He also had zero issue with me coming with the sole goal of measuring a jacket and leaving. He was very kind to my wife and made organic conversation, as did his associate. I wish all high luxury retail experiences could be this way as the stuffy attitudes I’ve typically experienced aren’t a win for anyone.”
