“I thought my fast charging cord wasn't charging my android so I stopped at Kutztown Verizon store to purchase a new charger. A Verizon representative assisted me in the purchase but before the transaction was completed, he tried my charger using his phone and my charger worked. He connected it to my phone and it also worked. I mentioned that it didn't work in my car, so he followed me out to my car where he connected it to my phone and it worked. This Verizon representative went above and beyond to help me, the customer. I didn't buy anything, yet he helped me. Thank you. I don't know this employee's name but he had dark curly hair, not too tall and was very friendly. Kudos to this employee. This adds to the many reasons why I have been a satisfied Verizon customer for 30+ years.”
