“Excellent service! We came here to apply for our baby’s passport, and everything went smoothly and efficiently. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process.
What we appreciated the most was how kind they were to our child — our baby absolutely loved them ?
Thank you for the warm attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!”
“Probably the best USPS in the USA. Theres a man there that I and everyone else should strive to become. USPS better treat him well. Honestly give him the whole company cause every other USPS place I've been to is shit compared to this one.”
“I like this place,it got plenty of parking .two people at the counter who get you in and out .they keep the line moving.only sometime I believe you can't use cash .the office also help you to connect to the online site for passports. You could talk to someone while you are in line the clients are usually nice and not have a adertude .”
“Whoever the woman working on Friday afternoons is, she’s amazing. Literally lights up the room with warmth and smile. Made me leave with a big smile just from a short interaction.”
“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
“Love this place. It's not often anymore you find such kind, professional, and downhome customer service. Everyone there is so kind. Once going to the post office was a dreaded thing--not anymore. Kudos Wyncote Post Office!”

“This review and 5 stars is for kiosk concierge Andrea. She goes above and beyond to be helpful, kind and friendly, not to mention help work the machine. She’s a true professional and operates in a way that makes people feel seen. Thank you so much.”
“Dean is always helpful and on time.
Unfortunately the time schedule is not kept. It is now 8:50 and there is no one at the office.
I guess they will stay later.”
“Good evening Google family. I visited today to send express mail. The young lady associate was very friendly, efficient and nice. A good experience here today. Have a great weekend, workout, be fit and fabulous”
“Great experience at this post office! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the excellent service!”
“The best post office I’ve ever visited—fast and efficient. The only problem is Mr. George; because of him, I’m not giving it 5 stars. He talks too much and takes longer than the other employees.”
“Loveliest lady in any post office I’ve ever been to. Usually, going to USPS is needlessly stressful. The atmosphere is so heavy and tense. Not this location! The woman working here (who has always been the only person working every time I’ve gone) is such a joy. Although this location is often shut down for Internet outages and other inconveniences, the customer service will make your day! She really goes the extra mile. Give her a raise!!!”
“Great experience. I went on April 15, Tax Day, at 4pm. Line out the door, people sweating and stressed - T. Wortham - your only employee in office - was kind, patient, and calm. I was amazed by his demeanor, and so grateful for the service he was providing all of us. 99% of the world would have had a meltdown working by themselves on that date and time. He was spectacular. Thank you so much!”
“I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. Thanks so much yall!”
“I don't get the low reviews, this place does exactly what you'd expect it to. Is it the happiest place on earth? No. Do they send your mail and answer your questions? YES.”

“What a wonderful post office! Bigger inside than it looks, very pleasant PO employees, quiet, never a (long) wait. Parking lot can get a little busy as there are only about 10 spots, but the supermarket next door has a bigger parking lot if needed.
Another world from some of the busier/less organized branches (20th & Chestnut, I’m looking at you) I used to have no other choice for post office services.”
“Great service by the gentleman at this location .He is courteous, very professional and helpful. He is the reason we frequent this post office. Convenient hours and short lines.”
“The ladies here are kind and accommodating! After Narberth didn’t honor my infant’s passport appointment, we walked into Ardmore same day, and the process took 5 minutes!”
“The guy at this office may be slow and thorough but I think he is about the only one that cares about getting your packages out and mail out on time and making sure it get delivered correctly! I go out my way to go here. Hours are a little funky but better than dealing with funky attitudes and miserable ? workers .”
“I had a very pleasant experience with this USPS. One of my package from Newzealand was returned due to wrong address . I would like to thank the following people - Evelina & Randy Reaves who was very helpful and was very quick to respond to me through email. I finally got the package .
Thank you”
“I have always found this post office and Tony my mail carrier to be efficient and pleasant. Most of the posted low ratings are about passport services not normal post office business.”
“Excellent service. Came on a Saturday and the two ladies working the desk were kind and efficient. Federal workers are a critical component of our community and I thank you for your service.”
“Everyone was super helpful and friendly when I visited. I had a complex issue (FTID scam) I did not expect they would be able to help with. The supervisor Linda went above and beyond to write up a letter and provide documentation for a tracking number to help me with my issue. I was really impressed and grateful especially considering how busy they already were.”
“Mr. George was pleasant and knowledgeable during the passport process for my daughter. The process was fast and easy. For the people getting your passport, I would recommend having your paperwork completed prior to your appointment.”

“Sharday is so amazing! Her customer service skills are beyond excellent. Getting a new key for my mailbox was new to me and she helped me so much. Not only is she a rockstar but she rocked it on a Monday morning!!!! Thank you so much Sharday”
“I don’t understand why people give this location so much flack. Yeah it’s not the fastest service but they actually care and give a damn. I didn’t know what I was doing and the lady nicely explained what I needed to do. She even made sure to make the customs form clear so I won’t have any troubles. Worst thing about this place is you might wait in the line for 15 mins”
“My experience with the USPS was excellent. The office was empty and the attendant was super helpful.
The advice I can share to improve everyone's experience is about the location. On Google Maps, the address is 1500 John F Kennedy Blvd c31, Philadelphia, PA 19102, but in reality, the office is located in the subway. The best entrance to find it quickly is at the City Hall subway entrance on the corner of John F and 15th St. (Go down the stairs, take the first left, and then the first right). I hope this helps.”
“This is now my second time at this location and I am very grateful for Judy! I am not always familiar with the USPS system and she is very kind with my questions and helpful! I appreciate this so much when sometimes it can be intimidating to not know how the mail system works! Thank you, Judy for always being helpful”
