905 N Bethlehem Pike, Spring House“Believe the hype. A small post office, expertly managed. All the staff are super nice & efficient, especially Jim. He always manages to put a smile on everyone's face with a blend of kindness & expertise.”
“After being kicked out of several USPS locations due to me wanting to mail 300 packages, I came across this office. The staff was very friendly and was able to provide the service that a post office should be able to provide.”
“I would like to take the time to thank the Acting Postmaster, Joel, for being kind enough to track my package which went all over Delaware County. Thank you so much.”
“On Wednesday I went to get my passport. All of the Reps were very knowledgeable about the process. All the service rep. were very kind. I even got my photo taken because the one from Staples did not fit. I am lucky that I went to this post office.”
“I came here for the first time and everyone was so polite! Sharon was my dental hygienist and she was very knowledgeable and thorough with my cleaning, looking forward to getting more dental work done with them.”

3801 W Skippack Pike, Skippack“It is easy to see why this post office has a perfect rating on Google. Absolutely fantastic Customer service, yet feels like your old hometown post office, like a Rockwell painting.Dean and Kenya are phenomenal and accommodate in every way they can to make sure you can pick up your packages easily, great job team. Keep it up.”
“This is a great post office. The staff is always cordial and very helpful. There’s seldom to never a line. While you can’t do things like passport photos here I believe you can do anything else a regular post office can do.”

207 Glenside Ave, Wyncote“This particular post office takes me back to a simpler time. It’s a very small old fashion post office. It closes for lunch between 12:30pm-1pm. It’s basically run my one person who is very knowledgeable and friendly. The post office boxes are the old fashion style with a small glass window and a combination dial. The parking is decent and it’s never busy. I would highly recommend this location.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
17 Civic Cir, Merion Station“This is the best post office in the entire region. It is not surprising when they have a postmaster like Mrs. Douglas. She is very kind, and she always goes the extra mile to serve the her customers. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent service.”
8AM - 4:30PM
444 E Township Line Rd, Havertown“Haven't been here or any post office in a while. The cashier was so nice, I had the wrong shipping box and he gave me the right one and was so pleasant. I wish I would have gotten his name. The location was busy but the lines moved fast. The location was clean and neat as well.”
“I recently visited USPS Bywood Ave to send an important document and purchase money orders. I’m pleased to share that my experience was excellent. The entire process was smooth, and I encountered no issues, contrary to some reviews. The staff was efficient, making it a hassle-free visit. If you’re looking for reliable service, I recommend USPS Bywood Ave.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
50 E Wynnewood Rd #22, Wynnewood“Everything what it needs to be. Julie, Shareeka the others always polite knowledgeable professional. Lobby open 24 hours is nice since most if not all other post offices in the area are not. 1 problem, a homeless man is sleeping there overnight more and more. Eating there and charging his cell phone overnight. Sleeping on piles/stacks of cardboard mailboxes. I hear from post office staff that others have noticed it too. One staff employee told me that he locked himself in at least 1 night. I don't go in when he's there. Already had one nightmare experience with a homeless person. (Sorry, but sometimes there's no polite way to say it, and I don't sugarcoat!). I hope this post office won't have to be locked overnight and on Sundays.”
8AM - 4PM
789 E Lancaster Ave Ste 40, Villanova“Firstly, it's a bit hard to find in the sea of other businesses in the complex. On the plus side the clerk was helpful in finding me a better shipping rate probably once they saw the look of shock that I had over the rate of mailing something small.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
144 N Narberth Ave, Narberth“Excellent customer service. 0 wait time. John was very thorough and helpful with my passport application. I was done in less than 10 minutes--I even had to have my ID photo taken! That post office itself was nice, too; very clean and quaint. 10/10 would recommend going out of your way to get your passport application sorted here.”
“Conveniently located on the main street of Conshohocken, the Post Office has plenty of street parking. Inside, you'll find an old fashioned building that was prevalent at the time that it was built. Very nice lobby that allows for a quick moving waiting line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience overall as always. I do all of my posting here.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
26 E Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting“I needed a PO Box and was put off by the reviews BUT my experience was great. Jenipher was kind and helpful. I liked the small town / personal feel inside the post office. My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”
8AM - 4:30PM
601 West Ave, Jenkintown“Show up ready to ship your product, they are not there to hold your hand and package your product for you, grow up. This location is fast and efficient if you know what you are doing, if not you will struggle.”
“So nice and friendly. They were able to process my wedding invitations via hand cancelling and I am so pleased. I went to another post office (in Chestnut Hill---stay away...) and they were far less willing to help me navigate the sending of invitations. I will be back!”
8AM - 5PM
2300 Potshop Ln, Norristown“Sharday is so amazing! Her customer service skills are beyond excellent. Getting a new key for my mailbox was new to me and she helped me so much. Not only is she a rockstar but she rocked it on a Monday morning!!!! Thank you so much Sharday”
“Went recently for our passport applications and we had absolutely no issues. I’m assuming some of the other reviews are just outdated or exaggerated. The staff was very nice and had us in and out in about 15 minutes. If you want your passport application to go smoothly, be prepared! You can fill out your forms electronically on the US government passport website and have it printed out before arriving. Also, make sure you have all of the identification paperwork needed and make copies (front and back) to save yourself and the employees time. Don’t show up unorganized and missing items, it’s unnecessary wasted time. Also, book an appointment for your visit. Trust me, you can think ahead and do this step. You’re going to help yourself a ton.Like I said, people who had a bad experience must have been people who showed up without an appointment, had to wait (understandably), and/or came unprepared. The employees doing the passports are the same ones running the main desk so they’re doing double duty. The least you can do is come prepared and make all of your lives easier.”
8:15AM - 4:30PM
1851 W Point Pike, West Point“Everytime I go in here the mail staff is always nice especially the one lady,I love seeing her face and she is so helpful I'm going to get her name next time, because she's so sweet ❤️❤️❤️”
“After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to visit this location, BUT The lady behind the counter was phenomenal, the 4 stars are for her! This was on a Saturday morning, There was a nonstop line, and she tackled every situation with patience and kindness. When I got up there She addressed or Offered a follow up on All my issues I am having with receiving packages.. The part: about packages just sitting at the office for days needs to change, that part gets 0 stars.”
8AM - 12PM 2 - 5PM
527 Plymouth Rd, Gwynedd Valley“After using the post office for over 3 years I can say that I have never felt more welcome then I have there. I have been able to manage all my mail there and everyone including most of the public are friendly. I do wish that they could stay open till 6pm on week days but I am fortunate enough to be able to manage.”
“This is the closest US post office to my home and can't say anything bad about this place. Staff is super friendly and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I usually come after work so around 315pm and it is not that busy. Other US post offices are slow and crowded this one is the opposite.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
1407 Bruce Rd, Oreland“It's a cute square building. It has rental mailbox, package services, mailing services, and “ring a bell†for service. One lone employee showed up after I rang a bell. My friend rents a mailbox there.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
326 Conshohocken State Rd, Gladwyne“Hands down, this is one of the best post offices in the country! I live in Bala Cynwyd, but I always go to the Gladwyne Post Office because Bala always has long lines and they move slow. The Gladwyne Post office can also get busy, but they are quick. The have the BEST staff. Dan and Anjana are so friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help their customers. And they know all of their customers by name. They truly are some of the friendliest people I know. I come in often to ship packages, and I have never left this place without a smile. They have a generous amount of supplies and boxes available to suit your needs. I am always able to grab priority boxes on my way out when I am running low. The only downside to this post office is that the parking lot is small and spots fill up quickly. For this reason, I recommend going off peak hours if you can.”
“They are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Have been there for certified mail, packages, passport, PO Box, etc. - NEVER an issue and always worked with me with a smile on their face. Great bunch of people there.”
“This post office is large and they offer passport services. I did not use it this time, but I do remember (when I did use it) that it was pretty chaotic.NOTE PASSPORT HOURS SIGN:Mon-Fri 1 am - x pmSaturday 10 am - x PMWhat is that? lol. See my photo. As far as the window, I only go in during "off times" and the wait us never really an issue. They have tables to be able to close your packages and prepare your documents. They sell cards and have plenty of supplies. There is limited free parking in front, but the side street next to it has lots of meters. Only an issue if there is an event at the church. I send a lot of letters internationally and I like to put different stamps on the envelopes. They don't always have the best selection. I sometimes order stamps on line.”
“Had some issues getting mail delivered from the USPS Conshohocken Depot due to road construction. The Lafayette Hill office was a huge help in sorting out the mess and finding the missing packages. Shout out to Rondel for his all his help even though the office was about to close.”
