“I had to rent a car for the first time in some years. It was early in the morning, but all the staff were friendly and greeted you upon arrival. There were a few people ahead of me when I walked in, but as I was looking around/checking out the layout of the office a nice young lady came up to me to see if I was already being assisted. She was sitting at her desk, but stopped what she was doing to assist me, which was a pleasant surprise. She verified the information that was already on file, gave me a couple options, and took my card for deposit. Everything was done in a couple minutes. (They had plenty of cars available at this location). Once we went out to get the car I picked out, she went over there rules & all the good stuff. Fast forward, there were other people coming in & out, if a line started to form, the staff all rotated in assisting. (This system needs to be used at a few other places...). I appreciate their attention to customer service because my morning was already hectic. Thanks so much!”

“After reading dismal reviews of both National and rental cars generally, we were pretty anxious. Would there be any cars available even though we had reserved one? Would there be adequate and helpful staff? Would the car be in good shape? YES to all of the above!! We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday to find 2 staff waiting to help us and a greeter outside. Check in was mere minutes and there were 2 people outside to direct us to a car that was very clean and had about 4000 miles in it. The cost for a week was about $500 but, after numerous other charges our bill was $1000. Not cheap but otherwise a very quick and easy process with helpful staff across the board, from the desk to the shuttle driver.”

“On Dec 12th i booked a rental car with a one way drop off at the BWI Airport (drop off at Dover, DE). My flight lifted off 2 hours late so I called Budget reservation desk, was told not to worry, car would be available when I landed. After landing, went to BWI Budget desk I was told that my reservation had been dropped when I was 30 minutes late, told the nice gentleman (young, black gentlemen with dreadlocks) that I had called the reservation desk (gave him my reservation number). He found my reservation but it didn't include a one way drop off. Seems the Budget reservation desk had to re-enter my reservation when I was late and didn't catch that it was a one way drop off. The price was over $100 more, not my fault. The nice Budget gentlemen said he'd honor my initial reservation but could not make changes in his system. He said he'd leave a note for the Dover Budget Office and thought it would be ok. It was- kudo's to this gentlemen and to Budget for honoring original price and making a very tired customer super happy.”

“Stopped in to see the owner to check out the damage from the tornado.it is apparent the shop took a direct hit. As of yesterday they still had no cable or internet which in today's world is essential.they have spent the last week cleaning up the shop and the neighbors yards .mark the owner has a bobcat type machine and he's been helping get the area cleaned up and safe.even though his building sustained major structural damage he's confident he will get thru this .good people doing what they can to help the neighborhood.i will be using marks car connection as soon as he's up and running..a local hero in my book!!!!!!!”

“"Pro" My rental was a 2021 VW Tiguan great car perfect for my use, interior of SUV was clean and really nice it also had panoramic sun roof that gave us great views. "Cons" was a dent on Driver door but not a big problem , also car exterior was dirty when picked up.”
