I had a diamond that I had purchased that I needed a setting for and had gone to all the big name jewelers in the area but they had no trace for the setting I wanted within the timeframe I needed it. I then showed up to Finch Jewelers as a last ditch effort. They were able to find the exact setting I wanted and get it within the timeframe I needed.
