“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”

“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”

“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

“Okay, so the outgoing mail slot for my entire development has been unusable (mysteriously blocked with a metal plate). When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, Jack appeared. He didn't just take my issue seriously. He _personally_ went to investigate and got back to me the SAME day with explanation & resolution. Folks, service does not get any better than this. Thanks to everyone at this post office; what an amazing job they do!”

She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. What truly sets them apart is their extended weekend hours—staying open until 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays is a massive convenience compared to most other post offices in the area.”
“I like the service, it's friendly and very fast, but they don't keep service time, I mean they close without any signs, on Saturday, 14 I did come 15 minutes before lunch time and then after lunch and they were closed, no any signs, that is weird.”
