“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”
“Always a nice smile In and out quickly. I am disabled and never rushed. Being disabled makes parking a little tough. You can park in front or in a lot. The lot is further. So I choose to wait if there is no parking in front.”
“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”

“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”
“Nice local post office. There's rarely a line and you can usually be in/out quickly. NOTE the business hours reflect the small community it serves.
(I used to live in a city where the post office served a larger population and had longer business hours so this took a little adjustment for me.)”
“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

“my mom and i just came here for passport services and i wish i got the name of the lady who helped us because she was so excellent! i mean she was so efficient, it really only took like 10 minutes, she was very kind and patient (there were young children with whom she took extra time and attention to acknowledge and accommodate and she also had toys for the kids and hung their drawings on her wall). also i really appreciated that she truly cared to be honest about how i should pose for the picture and took her time and asked me if i liked it and then gave me the other copy of my passport photo instead of throwing it out! highly recommend going here for a passport and don’t waste your time at a place in philly!”
