“Went in 2 Saturdays before Christmas trying to ship 3 packages internationally (which I had never done before). Lori was knowledgeable, super helpful and very pleasant! She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and gave me guidelines on how to package everything and attach customs forms. This while juggling another ~20 customers that were in and out during my time there, during the worst part of the year for postal workers. Thank you so much Lori!”

“Stopped in here to mail a 80+ cards at once. Glad I took them here first instead of dropping them in a mailbox because since they were square cards and envelopes they required additional postage.”
“My business takes me all over Lancaster and Lebanon and Berks counties, and I also ship a lot of books, so I've done business at least 50 local post offices. This cute little place is one of the friendliest. And now that they have actual parking spaces, it's convenient too! Keep it up, folks.”
“I really like this post office, it's small but mighty and the closest to my house. The staff are always pleasant and regardless of how long the line is they give you their undivided attention. They offer all the services the larger post office does and also sell cards, boxes, mailers, etc. On the negative....street parking is limited and usually full. The lobby is small and cluttered, and there's always a line. This location is hoppin' but the staff are always upbeat, even under pressure.”

“i don’t really leave reviews but i run a small business where i frequent this post office and drop off a large amount of packages (filling a big bin or more) weekly. the employees are always so kind and never make me feel bad (even though i do feel bad haha) and i’ve never had any issues with mail getting lost. just wanted to thank them because it’s appreciated <3”

“Parking on the side is the lonly parking and is rather limited. Also when you first pull it looks like the main parking is in back. It's for another business and you will have to walk back around. A really horrible set up. But I rates it a 5 because the mailperson was kind and efficient.”
“I guess a lot of people have had bad experiences here? Not I. I live in Lebanon but I'll drive 2 extra miles to avoid our post office. THAT'S the one that sucks. I've always had good experiences here”

“I rely on the Mountville Post office for my overseas mailings/ customs paperwork, stamp purchasing and general mail delivery.Our home delivery postman offers prompt, accurate and very friendly service.The ladies at the counter in our little town’s postoffice are efficient, knowledgeable and very kind, warm and friendly.I rarely have to wait in a long line and have never had delivery issues and I use USPS regularly. I am grateful I do not have to go to the main office on Harrisburg Pike and fight the lines. I like the personal relationships I am able to build with the staff here in Mountville.I highly recommend this little office.”
“Never had a problem there but they have cut their hours back and the older lady ("Jennifer?") that used to work there is apparently no longer there, mainly staffed with younger employees who sometimes don't know how to do things...also has a sign saying they don't accept more than five packages at a time.”
