This was my first time using this PO and I just happened to stop because it was close to where I was running errands. “I really like this location! Every time I come in, even if I have 20 packages to send out the woman at the front -Jessie -always has such a kind attitude! She moves quickly and is super sweet! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Yes, sometimes the lines get long but that’s because there is only one person at the front most of the time. If you go into this post office with some patience and understanding , you’ll have a great experience simply because the woman at the front is very friendly and pleasant to work with! Thank you for all your hardwork!”

I purposely will go out of my way and only ever go to this post office once I went there for the 1st time and had a wonderful customer experience. I agree with the other reviews it does make it feel like that hometown post office feel because of her:) they should give her a raise, because she certainly deserves it. She’s the face for that post office and it’s a very blessed happy one.”

“The clerk Jessica at Red Hill is so kind, professional and thorough with each customer. She was a big help today checking into tracking a letter. Dear friends and neighbors, you don’t have to drive to Green Lane to find the nicest clerk anymore! Though as far as I know, they are still nice there, too. East Greenville is decent. Clerks are professional and competent. More convenient parking and closer to Walmart.”

“I’ve had to visit this post office several times over the past month, and the service has been consistently exceptional. Every staff member is attentive and thorough. Even when a supervisor wasn't immediately available to handle a specific concern, I received a follow-up call within 24 hours from a fully briefed supervisor who helped me right away—no repeating myself required. Lines can get long since there’s often only one person working the counter due to USPS underfunding, but the staff does an incredible job despite being short-staffed.”
